FolkArtAcrylic Paint in Assorted Colors (2 oz), 942, Honeycomb

I bought this to mix with a few other shades of pink for an art project. I was painting over a wooden picture frame, for the most part. This paint worked great! I needed a kind of unique shade, and ended up getting the exact color I needed. The paints mixed together easily and covered the frame well without any prep needed. I wanted a really opaque finish, so I ended up doing three coats, plus I had the paint to spare, so I was generous with it, but it covered well with just one coat, and I could have definitely gotten away with only two. I'll be buying this brand again when I need paint. The color variety is wonderful!

I had a little book-shaped box I wanted to paint. I used 2-3 coats of this paint on the bare wood. I had a gold enamel paint that I used for the details and sides, which came out a bit sloppy, but I can't do the accuracy I used to. The FolkArt acrylic was perfect for the job, though, and I think the color is reminiscent of an old book.

Tried to get "grass green" ridiculous price for 2 ozs! Ordered this "fresh cut grass"..used it to blend to finish the project.......

It’s a dark olive green. The paint itself is great- pigmented and lasting. I paint wood crafts with it.

It is a beautiful thick white. It is not sheer or thin but not gooey And thick. So far most of the things I have done only needed one coat. A few messier paintings needed a second after drying but that was more to my mistake of bleeding the colors together. I will def buy this again

To be fair. Used paint for canvas. Believe the design of this paint is for wood (folk art stuff?). Found it abit runny and dried really flat. Give a low rating to give a heads up. Read what the product is intended to be used for.
