Its a great product. I tried a lot of other stuff. Melatonin gummies, etc. This works best for me if I need to sleep. No hangover in the morning. Not sure of the negative thing about diphenhydramine HCL. I mean really, did you not know what it was when you bought it? I can absolutely attest to the taste of the berry one. Tastes like crap :). Just suck it down and chase with water. Whatever you do don't buy the camomile and honey one. It REALLY tastes like crap. I had to throw half a bottle away because I just could not make myself use it. Regardless of the taste, it does work if you need a good nights sleep. I have had issues with sleep my entire life. This is the only thing I have found that works for me. I do not take it every night, just when I know I really need to get a good nights sleep in this night.

I just use this for the first time last night and I will say that my sleep has been really wrecked because I’m off for the summer. I work for a school system and I’ve been sleeping until about 2 o’clock every day. This made me sleepy in the space of about an hour however, I did not stay asleep and I think that might be because my sleep is so messed up right now so I’m gonna keep with it and see how it does once I get more on track.

5 stars because it does knock you out. Try taking it between 9pm and 10pm or depending on your work schedule. I wouldn’t recommend it taking it past midnight if you’re like me who enjoys the mornings. You will feel a bit groggy-but just throw some icy water on your face and problem solved. Keep also in mind that there are medications that prolong the effect of Diphenhydramine HCI. So always consult your physician.
