I purchased the beAAtho Verona Mesh High Back Ergonomic Chair and overall my experience has been good. The chair looks stylish, the mesh back is comfortable for long working hours, and the build quality feels decent for the price. The assembly process was straightforward. However, during installation I noticed that one of the screws for the headrest was incorrect and could not be tightened properly. Because of this, I initially could not fix the neck support. I contacted the seller through WhatsApp support and they responded politely and quickly. They arranged a replacement screw and shipped it through courier. After receiving the replacement screws, I was able to install the headrest properly and the issue was resolved. I appreciate the seller's prompt response and helpful customer service. The chair is comfortable for daily use and good for home office work. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wrong screw was included in the original package. Otherwise the product and support experience have been good. Overall, I recommend this chair for people looking for a comfortable and affordable ergonomic office chair.

This review isn't generated by AI (AI sucks). Nor was it paid for. I was in the market for a decent ergonomic chair that wouldn't make my wallet bleed. Fortune smiled upon me as there was an awesome deal on this particular chair (Verona mesh). I had heard of beAAtho before and while their chairs were comfortable, this was going to be a major investment for me, since I work in the software industry and, justifying the stereotype, I have a sedentary work- life. My work day usually involves sitting, coding, getting up to get a coffee etc. You can imagine my surprise when the chair turned out to be exactly what I had imagined. It is not perfect for sure (I'll get into it later) but its way too good for a budget friendly option. 1- Comfort: I have fallen asleep in this chair multiple times. It is straight up, way too comfortable at times. The backrest is sturdy, yet flexible enough to allow you to lean back. While the cushioning on the seat could be better, its just decent enough to support your...hind quarters without leaving a permanent mark on your skin or the chair. The backrest is the highlight of the chair since it really does support your back properly if you've assembled it correctly. The adjuster controls allow you to tweak the back, the head rest and the level of the chair acc. To what suits your fancy 2- Design: the chair is a looker 'nuff said. It looks just cool enough without looking too much like a gaming chair. 3- Durability: this is where the chair kinda looses points. I had the chair for 3 months and there was a tiny Crack in the backrest. Maybe it was a manufacturing defect or maybe I had leaned back too much. Even with the Crack the chair didnt break apart as other brands do. Instead that brings us to the absolutely amazing customer service that beAAtho offers. 4- customer service: I had reached out to the service center for a new backrest since the chair was within warranty. And I was shipped one within a week. Granted they did take a small fee of 200rs as a shipping charge (since the chair was within warranty I had expected everything to be covered) but regardless the customer service is amazing and on time. If you are unsure about assembling the chair yourself, do reach out to them before you spend half a day bumbling about like I did. This isn't a paid review so while the chair is very good, it does have its cons. I am satisfied with it but do note that this is my first proper ergonomic chair...take that as you will. Maybe there are way better chairs out there that cost a lot more. But for its price, the Verona mesh chair is a steal. Just be careful with the backrest please.

I have bought one and using for a month so far here is my take 1. installation - I found it easy enough to DIY . Allen key provided with it . and graphical explanation was quite helpful 2. Over all Finish - Its good considering the price tag . Breathable mesh is comfortable to sit for long hours plastic structure is quite sturdy. 3. What I liked - Its comfortable and light weight. 4. Could be better - The back support mesh sometimes feels that it will break , but it hasn't yet need to check for long run. The seating area gets a bit squeezed after day long use . but I guess this is acceptable considering the price tag.

The product appears to be of very good quality overall at this price point. The base with castors is firm, vertical hydraulic cylinder shaft is well built, hand rest is good. Seat locks and tilt work well. It's comfortable but I haven't used it to be seated for an extended time period like office hours. A few things could be better without much increase in cost of production or effort. The screw hole bores at the back of the backrest were not flush with some plastic material chipping off forming a burr. I weigh 92kg and I bought it to serve as an office chair at home. The seat feels tilting to the right a bit. The back rest tilt feels like it will tip over at the back. I am happy with the product so far but its durability and longevity remains to be seen after say 6 months. I haven't tried other products yet but at this price point, I doubt one can get any better.
