Really happy with my Lifelong gas burner! The quality is quite good, it feels sturdy and works smoothly for everyday cooking. ❌ Very Poor After-Sales Service & Customer Support I purchased this stove in April, and ever since the purchase, I have been facing an issue with the flame—it has consistently been very slow and the stucked knobs, I have raised a complaint with Lifelong customer support and requested them to inspect the product. After repeated follow-ups, a representative finally visited and checked the stove. After inspecting it, he clearly told me that the issue could not be repaired and that he would apply for a replacement. However, it has now been nearly 2 months, and I have received no proper response from Lifelong customer support or from the representatives who initially assured me that the issue would be resolved. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a product that was purchased recently. The biggest problem is not just the defective product but the complete lack of follow-up and accountability from the customer support team. I expected much better service and after-sales support from Lifelong. I would strongly suggest improving the customer service process and taking customer complaints seriously.

Stove is fine but please beware that this is made for cylinder and you have to get it converted for pipeline which costs extra 1000-2000 depending on how many burners you have. Please account for that when you buy it because nowhere does it mention this in the product description so I feel a little cheated and ended up having to pay almost as much as the stove for the fitting. If you don’t get it converted, the gas will not work, the flame will be very weak and you will not be able to change the flame level effectively.

After I purchase this lifelong to burner gas stove the operator function is damage after I cannot replace this product and the local repair man came and after this will work but the bird don't black after 2 days of on the gases so I request you to loss of 300 1000 rupees is not a matter about the quality of the product on this gas we cannot give the any charity for us working properly if it will damage or causing any problem it will be exploiting of gas so kindly request you to buy a good product or biy a steel stove
