A sandwich cut into four triangles fits perfectly in the bottom compartment. I take sandwiches to work most of the time, so that was awesome. It's perfectly portioned for leftovers as well. The other compartments are perfect for crackers, cookies, veggies, whatever that isn't tall. Tea bags fit between the bottom container and the next one you stack which is convenient for me specifically because I take tea bags to work :P The cutlery is a bit chunky for my preferences, but it's still good. The divider it comes with for one of the shorter compartments is mildly useful, it's not sealed in or anything so I can't use to to put dip beside veggies because it would just ooze around willynilly. I wish it came with a container specifically for dips that was completely sealed and fit inside it. No idea how water-tight it is. I don't take soup to work. But yeah, it's good. I'd buy it again. I've been using it 5 days a week since I got it.
