I recently had some surgery which caused some swelling in leg and since my therapist uses one during PT, we thought it might be beneficial for me to use one at home while I'm watching TV, and we were right. It is beneficial. It is not the most comfortable thing in town but the end results make it worth using as it does break down quite a bit of the swelling. The delivery on this was fast and the price was great so I'm happy with this purchase.

For the price I was skeptical, but it really is pretty good. Not soft but not too hard, I'm just careful not to roll too aggressively. I don't think it's the best for rolling difficult areas, but it is fine when you get it figured out for your comfort. I do have mild Lymphedema swelling so that might make a difference in outcome.

Very easy to use and works welln

I couldn’t get in right away with a lymphatic massage therapist. I came across these being used on YouTube. I’ve had a BBL in the past and now recovering 2.5 weeks post op tummy tuck. I ordered this one because of all the good reviews but really didn’t know what to expect. OH MY GOSH I love this thing! I finally got in with a therapist today who said I had already done half the work myself with the roller massage. I used everyday for 1 hr for 1 week. Each day the pain and itching became less and less. I won’t lie it’s very painful at first but the more you do it the better the results. I’ve seen a significant reduce in swelling as well.
