20% Arnica Gel w/Bromelain + 2% Vitamin K for Bruises & Swelling

I am 42 and always struggled with blue puffy under eye circles. Although I originally bought this for post meso/microneedling sessions, I figured to try it under the eyes since blue/purple/greenish under eye color is strictly a vascular problem. It does not work overnight, but about week two you will begin to notice changes! It doesn’t irritate my skin but it also serves no moisturizing benefit. I use it as the very first step in my nighttime routine for my under eye care. It doesn’t really smell either and goes on well under make up or during the day. However, if you layer it on a few times throughout the day (best practice to quickly get rid of bruises), you will get a thin brownish peel, so I suggest to damp a papertowel in cold water and pat the residue off from previous application before re-applying!

Promising results with BruiseMD. I can’t underestimate the number of hours that I have spent researching bruise creams. I have bought “numerous” products based on Amazon reviews. Unfortunately for me the results have been disappointing. For reference, I take a blood thinner. The slightest bump results in an unsightly purple bruise taking weeks to go away. Decided to try BruiseMD based on AI research. After only 3-days applying the cream, I do believe the bruise is lighter! Can this really be the miracle that I have searched for? We will see; fingers crossed!! The tube is small which accounts for the 4 star review. Otherwise, I am pleased with this product.

Amazing how much this speeds up recovery! I applied it at night. The bruising was very reduced starting the next morning. What l really appreciate is that it has no smell what so ever compared to arnica get that has a strong scent. Usually arnica get smell does not bother me when used on hands, arms or legs but since the bruising was literally near my nose, l wanted something scent free. This gel reduced the swelling and color of the bruising so fast l had to do a double take in the mirror! I applied morning noon and night for about a week. It does leave a bitnof a sticky film but l would let it absorb for about an hour then wash off any residue. I highly recommend having it on hand before any cosmetic treatment that may cause bruising. A bit pricey but worth every penny!

So I don’t actually use this for any type of bruises , I used it for a gym muscle irritation from weight lifting near my knee. I use it generously 2-3 times per day and let me just say if you are consistent with it, it works way better than ice. This is the only arnica on Amazon on have found that’s 20% , a highly effective dose and I’m so happy they came out with a bigger bottle. I have bought this 4 times already even to help with post training muscle soreness and it works great along with a proper diet. No skin irritation and it definitely has relieved pain for me.

I bruise easily and this helped me recover from a particularly nasty one faster than I expected. Good item to keep on hand for potential bumps and falls to come.

Seems to just put a heavy stiff coating over your skin that dries. I guess this helps protect against scrapes, but it does’t work as I expected.

Didn’t work on my huge bruise. Waste of money
