Beautiful pen. Feels like good quality when you hold it and look at it. Writes nicely. I purchased the all silver. Engraving looks beautiful in a very light gold. I’m unsure if it’s etched or printed but you can feel it to the touch. If it is etched, it’s not deep which makes it very delicate/elegant looking. I purchased it as a graduation gift.

Excellent product and phenomenal customer service. The pens are high quality and the engravings are flawless. I had a problem with my second order (my fault) but customer service responded right away and rectified the issue. These are my go-to gifts for anyone with a title who needs to carry a pen at all times (e.g. nurses, military). I will continue to purchase engraved pens from this vendor only. This pen was a perfect thank you gift for a colleague that helped me while I was out with a sick family member. The color is so vibrant and standa out and the pen itself works so smoothly. The ink does not spread onto your hand or anything. It's the perfect weight for a business official signature pen and looked so expensive in the box! I was impressed the engraving didn't make the gift take too long to ship. Love it!

I ordered two personalized pens. One black one chrome both turned out as advertised and write smoothly. Incredibly happy with the quality and speed of their product I ordered them on 05.12 and had an anticipated delivery date of 05.20. A beautiful pen but it is not the blue color as shown in the picture, which is what I wanted . It is a teal color that looks more green. It will still be a nice gift.
