How long should I massage/leave the foam in before washing off? I'm using it to help with rosacea

Hello!
Thank you so much for your question. We suggest pumping the tea tree onto a moistened wash cloth (1-2 pumps), and gently rub the lid margin with the wash cloth, then rinse with warm water, so that process usually takes about 2 minutes. There’s really no timeframe the foam needs to be left on for it to be effective. We do recommend the maximum time to be left on being around 2 minutes. Fellow users: Is this supposed to smell like varnished wood or something like it? It's smell is pretty strong.

Hi Mostlee, thank you for your comment and for purchasing our product.  It is likely you are smelling the tea tree.  There are no harsh chemicals in our formulas.  All are designed to be hydrating and non-irritating.  The Advanced is recommended for more chronic OSD conditions.  Sorry the smell is bothering you.   We offer a Gentle version which has 1% tea tree versus the 2% and also an anti-aging formula with 1%.  We are happy to exchange the one you have for the Gentle or anti-aging.  Let us know.  Thanks!
