Great value for money with 400 pack which will last over 6 month, which is great! The tablets are easy enough to swallow, not to large in size and no real taste. The delivery was quick arriving next day. I got this one because my mum shared half of her bottle with me a while ago and i felt amazing taking them for more then 2 months hence why i got this for me. Great size that made them easy to swallow , definitely value for many taking into consideration how may are in a tube. It worked as I expected. The capsules were quite large, but overall it was easy to swallow with a glass of water. I didn't feel much different after a week of use, but I feel like this is normal and expected as it works over long term use. The pills are packed with high strength ingredients and I can see this fitting into my daily routine well. It’s good value for money.

Extremely pleased with my purchase. I have been using a different brand of sea moss for two years but wanted to try something different to help boost and assist with immunity, skin, weight loss and also help with the gut. These tablets already helped support my digestion and well being by giving me extra energy and helping to improve my skin and manage my weight during perimenopause.

Great numbers of supplements that would last me a while. I do take supplements from this brand and always seen results so can’t wait to see the results as after 3 weeks it’s a bit to early to say more. The size of the supplements are ok make sure you take them with plenty of water as sometimes can stack in your throat. Others than that they are affordable too.

So I saw this programme about cows being given seaweed to reduce their flatulence and save the planet. Well i'm not trying to save the planet but would like to save my other half from constant night time dutch ovening. It's been a little over a week now and I have to say I have not noticed a reduction in my farts. Maybe it works for the cows but it sure ain't helping my gassy ass.
