My daughter bought this product for me last November and liked it so much bought this bottle of Vitality Vitimans Complete for myself. I noticed a big difference in my finger nails while using it for a couple months. My nails started growing longer and firmer. Before my nails were weak, short and always breaking off. Very pleased with product..highly recommend.

I bought these for extra energy, but as a nice side effect, they have improved my regularity! I have had problems with chronic constipation all my life, and after taking these pills for a few days, I've become very regular. I just wish I could get the Vitality 4 pack... I may have to break down and join Melaleuka.

This is the best calcium supplement! I find that I absorb it better than the other brands. You can take it at night and it is like a natural sleeping pill, it calms my system and I sleep better. Calcium is absorbed best when you're sleeping as I learned through a bit of research.
