High-quality placemats with a lovely pattern.

Excellent quality, the cork backing allows the placemats to be moved without scratching the table surface which is important because our table is made of maple which is a softer wood prone to dings and scratches if not careful.

These are beautiful. I have had a variety of these placemats over the years. They hold up well. Can be wiped clean. There are so many patterns from which to choose. Highly recommend as they are a lovely asset to a table setting. They also have matching coasters.

This is my second time buying this design of placemats; my older set was getting some scratches over the last three years and a wet magazine placed on top of one did not peel off so well. I was so glad when I saw that this pattern was still available, so I ordered a new set right away. I repurposed the old ones and put one under the dog's water dish and the under plants. These are heat resistant, so I can set my hot food plate straight from the microwave without causing damage to either the placemat or the table underneath. I think you could use it for a trivet as well. These would go well on your Thanksgiving table, if it is more casual, like a country home located next to a vineyard. Pimpernel has a variety of themes if you don't like this particular theme. I definitely recommend this brand of placemats.

These placemats are stylish and match my home decor. Just wipe clean and heat tolerant. There is a grease stain that will not come off but cannot tell because it blends in with the vintage art design. I bought my mother the rooster placemats and she uses them everyday and still look new.

Für mich persönlich einer der besten Entscheidungen sind wunderschön sehen gut aus passend zu mir ins Haus rein und ich weiß nicht wie ich das beschreiben soll gut vier Stück für den Preis ist ein bisschen happig aber man soll sich da echt nicht haben weil das sieht schon wirklich gut aus selbst meine Oma die ist 92 sagt das sind die schönsten Dinger die sie gesehen hat und sowas sollte ich mehr bestellen wenn der Händler wieder zur Verfügung hat kaufe ich noch mal ein

20年以上使っている4枚セットのプレースマットが劣化してきて、1枚ついにだめになり、代わりのものを探していました。色数が多いものや、花や果物や動物の絵は好みではありません。かといって無地というのも面白くありません。これくらい柄が私の好みと合いました。 以前使っていたものも、Pimpernelのものだったので、たぶんこれも長持ちすると思います。

These are nice placemats, very strong and heavy. The postcard design appeals to me as a collector of postcards. Four cities are included: New York, London, Paris and Rome. The postcard detailing is really neat if not quite historically correct in all cases! The design includes some artificial "staining" that helps to disguise any real staining that might occur, although real stains seem to be easily wiped off. All in all, I can see these lasting a very long time, further justifying the price.
