This shade sail has been a great addition above my pool. It provides plenty of shade and helps keep the water cooler on hot days. The material feels durable, the dark grey color looks great, and installation was easy. Overall, it's a quality product at a good price, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I installed this sail (18x18x18) 10 months ago. It has held up through some high winds including a micro-burst with estimated wind speed of 60 mph. It sheds water from heavy rain very well and does not hold it enough so that the sail sags in the middle. It also provides great shade over my pool and lounge area. I would highly recommend taking it down if you're expecting any weather that will have sustained winds greater than 60 mph. I did not use the included hardware and installed using materials that are more resilient but also break away as I have the connections anchored into my patio screen trusses.

UPDATEWe had several days of higher winds (gusts to 20mph). The sail held up just fine. I was afraid it might split or tear but it did not. NOTE: I used wire rope to hang the sail. I did not use cheap nylon rope which can pull loose or free. The wire rope is securely attached to posts/tree and is looped and tied back upon itself using crimping sleeves and wire rope clamps which are attached to turnbuckles.ORIGINALThe shade sail is okay. Here are some bullet points which some may consider pros and some may consider cons.• It diminishes the sun. Note that it is NOT a blackout shade which is clear from the description. It does make a nice shade without completely blocking the sun.• The material seems cheap and light. This makes me wonder how it will hold up under the summer sun. I live in a desert area where the temperatures will get to 115 degrees. The sun will bake this shade sail all summer long. It will be interesting to see how good it looks six months from now. They supposedly have a 5 year warranty. We will see.• The sail does not come with hanging hardware. This is actually a good thing since a “one size fits all” hardware solution would not cover all the different ways you could hang the shade.• We got the 12’ x 16’ sail. The actual shadow area with the sun overhead is about 14’ x 10’. This was a disappointment. The loss is along the curved edge. I knew that there would be some areal loss but it is larger than expected.You can purchase much heavier shade sails (about twice the weight). However, the best ones can cost almost $2000. My thought was that I could buy 40 of these sails and just replace them each year for the next 10 years and I would be money ahead.

Love this for covering for my pool. 2nd year using it. Very sturdy and the rain goes right through it. I have it hanging above the pool and it has helped with temperature and water evaporation. Looks nice too! I have it hanging on posts with a rope and pulley system for easy take down if needed.

This works great. We installed it in my carport. It blocks a lot of sun from our front windows and helps keep the temperature down in our front room. Love it. Was easy to install. Durable. It’s been up for almost two years. No tears or weathered damage

It’s very good for shade. It tends to stretch the longer It hangs up. so you’re constantly having to tighten it and eventually you can’t tighten it enough.

Installed over patio for 4+ years in Mojave desert heat, sun and wind and still look great. No fade, stitching solid, buckles solid. Highly recommend.

Work well have had them for three yrs still work as advertised.

This product has saved our lives this summer. We bought the hardware that was sold separately, and the two, then went together perfectly. It is a plastic material, but it is very breathable. We ordered it in the beige, and the light still comes through with the sun, but it blocks the direct sun. I live in a very windy area and it is still in perfect shape. It is extremely easy to take down and takes less than two minutes. So we are able to put it up and take it down depending on the weather.

Quality & After-Sales Service! This was my 1st Shade Sail purchase ever, so did not have anything to compare it to, but the Fabric is a great weight. I had a slight issue with my purchase, however, when the Seller was contacted, they got back to me straight away and solved my issue very quickly. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
