Woah. This thing is INTENSE. I used to take the pink lemonade like 3 years ago and always gave me so much energy I lost 20 pounds back then. Now I wanted to give it a try again because I put on a few pounds, so I’m going back to my workout routine, and this is a huge part of it. Just make sure you take it before you leave your house if the gym is a few min away because it kicks in quick. I live about 5 min from my gym and I take it before I leave, once I get to the gym, I only put my bag away and as soon as I’m stretching, I’m already starting to feel the effects. It’s amazing. Last time I did 50 flights of stairs on the stair-master without noticing all because I couldn’t stop moving. I wear a long sleeve and a hoodie, so you know I’m sweating chunkssss! Just remember to drink lots of water to keep hydrated and the effects seem to last around 1.5 - 2 hours (at least for me). The taste on this one is the most randomest thing, but have y’all ever tried the flintstones vitamins from early 2000’s? Imagine one of those crushed. Random, but a throwback taste and I’m not mad about it. Skinny-mini here I come!

I love this pre-workout. It's the only one I use. I have been using it for years now. I have tried different ones just to see if I wanted to change things up and I am never impressed with any other product and I always come right back to this one. The taste is great, and I even dry scoop it sometimes. Lol. I love the thermogenic in it because it does get me sweating more than I would without it. The caffeine is not for the faint of heart, it is 325 MG, so if you are not used to a high caffeine content then definitely titrate up or use a lower dose. It's a great price and works well!

I’ve had many work pre-workout workouts, but this taste the worst. It has an awful vomit taste, and it’s really hard for me to consume it. I don’t really notice the difference compared to the other pre workouts other than the after taste makes me nauseous and makes me want to throw up. Awful

Love the fat burning properties with simultaneously maintaining muscle. It may be my new favorite pre workout and fat burner. No drastic energy spike or sweating. Subtle but effective, helps contain unnecessary cravings and snacking. Helps with feeling a sense of fullness.

It came with a great and safe packaging my husband already tried it for the first time and he said the flavor and taste is pretty good he’ll let me know about the energy lever after his workout.
