Nordic Naturals Vitamin C Gummies, 250 mg Vegan, Tangerine - 120 Count

Been buying these for a few yrs now and try to refill when they are on sale. This is a easy way to get more vit C for an immune boost especially during cold/flu season! My kids have no problem taking them and enjoy the taste. The gummies have gotten smaller now, but I suppose the dose of vit C is the same.

Tastes good but won’t be buying anymore because it has way too much sugar! Did a pee test and they couldn’t find any vitamin C in the pee at all. Don’t think it’s very effective.

My family has ordered these Nordic Naturals Vitamin C Gummies at least two dozen times over the past few years, which honestly says more than anything else I could write in a review. They remind us of those old-fashioned sugar-coated orange slice candies. Everyone in our household enjoys them, and the tart tangerine flavor from Nordic Naturals is genuinely good without tasting overly artificial. The tangerine flavor is also a huge plus for someone in our family who is allergic to orange. I also appreciate that they’re non-GMO, gelatin-free, and made with simpler ingredients than many gummies on the market. We are not vegan ourselves, but these are vegan, in case that’s important to you. The texture is soft and easy to chew, and they’ve become part of our regular routine. My only real complaints are ingredient-related: First, they are coated in quite a bit of granulated sugar. Personally, I rub the gummies between my hands before taking them to remove a good amount of the excess coating, and after reading another reviewer’s suggestion, I may try rinsing them lightly next time. I’ve even reached out to Nordic Naturals to suggest exploring another method to keep the gummies from sticking together besides sugar, though I haven’t heard back yet. The second issue for our family is the inclusion of “natural flavor” on the ingredient list. I prefer when companies are fully transparent about exactly what flavoring ingredients are being used rather than relying on a broad catch-all term. Hopefully that will change in the near future. Even with those concerns, this is still one of the better vitamin C gummies we’ve found, and the fact that we continue reordering them year after year says a lot. Nearly 5 stars, but a solid 4 stars for sure. I personally rely heavily on reviews and try to include the details I’d want to know before purchasing. Hopefully sharing my experience helps someone choose the right item the first time 😊

Too high a dose of Vitamin C causes me GI problems. These are low dose. I take one a day to supplement my needs. I have using these for several years and am happy with them.
