Yes. Since it's flexible and still strong when dry, I used it to cover up cracks after our patio and pool deck settled. Then painted over when it was dry. It dries in what ever shape you apply it, so make sure it's smooth or however you want it because it will stay that way.

Sorry it took me so long to answer. White or just slightly off-white. Looks like regular white patch. It is a little harder to work with than regular patch, however the finish is very nice looking. Better than regular. After my experience using and finish this summer I will not go back to plain filler/patch material.

Can I use this product to air seal at the rim joist in the basement? Normally people would recommend using Great stuff spray foam.

Can I use on a stucco wall to it make it a smooth finish instead of bumpy so I can apply wallpaper. It was an exterior wall that is now an inside wall

Google says you can use this flexible patch on stucco. DAP also makes a product designed for stucco.
