Easy to swallow

Big tick organic and fermented two things i like for benefits but in general hard to know what suppliments do for you.just have faith i suppose ie blood circulation helps with colesterol..when jar opened quite strong odour but no issues when swallowed no lasting taste so no problem at all.

Very good product

Easy to take and it seems these supplements are working even though it’s early days. I feel I have more energy, am more alert and better overall since I started taking them. Great product at a fair price.

Some of the capsules are half filled, maybe poor quality control. I've taken them for a few weeks and the majority are inconsistently filled. I won't be buying them again!

Garlic has some great benefits for the blood and cholesterol but I find that I struggle with it and whilst it was fine when I was younger, if I have too much garlic then it does not agree with me.Aged Garlic helps further improve the benefits or garlic so it is a little like fermented soya which then breaks down some of the components which cause problems for the body. For me I have been taking two a day of these and had no problems at all which has been great.It is a clean supplements with minimum fillers and provides a very potent dose of aged black garlic. The price does seem high but given the quality and potency, I think it is a good supplement.If you sniff the capsules then you definitely get a strong smell of garlic so it is not smell free but I did not have any after effects and the smell does not stay in the mouth.Overall I feel this is a good supplement and one that I intend to continue having.
