Bought these to take to the gym to improve grip strength. I like to do obstacle course races which always have rope climbs and rope pulleys. But it’s hard to find a 25ft rope to climb. These make training hand strength for this very convenient. They are well made and can hold substantial weight. The width is similar to the OCR rope climbs I’m used to.

These are a must have for any home gym and great for arms and forearms simultaneously. Great for grapplers or martial artists

Hello, I've been working on my grip strength and pull ups for a few months now, and I when from using a pull up bar to Olympic rings to now a rope and I can say this sucker is amazing.

Love them. Work great, well made.If I had any critiqueit would be that i wish they were slightly thicker.

I use these with kettlebells. It took my workout to the next level.

They were great until they broke. I had them less than 30 days and the black handle fell off and the rope came un done. When I request a new pair I was informed I had to send the old pair back first before being refunded or exchanged a new pair. Needless to say I still have them and will try and repair them myself. Was hoping monkey grip would have just sent out a replacement pair, but no luck.

Can do 20 pull ups in a row these are a big change for grip strength!Highly recommend!

I wrapped these around a pull-up bar, and now I have two rope grips that I can use for pull-ups. The product is exactly like I expect it to be. I’ve used it for a few weeks now with no damage noted.
