Sub optimal product
This is my 2nd hose that broke the rubber near the shower head side of the connection. I thought the first one broke due to my usage. I put the same hose again and in 3 months it broke yet again. The design and durability of this product is sub optimal. Stay away from this product.

It leaks at the base of the shower head screw on connector. Looks like it is pressed onto the hose poorly

After 14 months the connection to the handheld shower failed. Not something you'd expect for such an expensive product. I've contacted customer support. Let's see what they say.
