This thing is amazing! It has a great display screen and a very long tube for the camera. I had the camera through the spark plug port looking at the piston position while I was underneath the vehicle turning the engine with a ratchet. Resolution and screen image quality are very good and this thing is very affordable! Great value!

I really liked this product. I bought it to find an oil leak on my son car. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and works perfectly right out of the box. Just turn it on and it’s ready to go. It even includes a 32GB microSD card, which is a nice bonus. Transferring files to a PC works without any issues. On a larger screen, the photos may look slightly less sharp, but that’s understandable considering the very small camera size and the affordable price point. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s accessible, user-friendly, and the build quality feels solid for the cost. For the price, it delivers excellent value and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

I replaced my previous well used Depstech USB endoscope with this new dual-camera fully featured model to end the frustration of dealing with the App via laptop or cell phone requirement which was too much hassle during long projects. DEPSTECH is a brand offered by Shenzhen Deepsea Innovation Technology Company Limited with offices in China, the UK and Germany. The case is NOT included so you'll want to order one at the same time as either your choice of the single or dual-camera version of this model. Hint: get the dual-camera option. Next let's hope for a three or four camera version. 3D please, just saying ahem... Here are some views from inside a two story wall about 4-feet up. Several feature the picture taking capabilities of this new model along with unedited video footage The view shows an obstructing fire block and drilled hole for a new Ethernet cable transit. 2-megapixel is a laughably low resolution when compared to lowest price point cell phones, laptops, or novelty cameras and the like, but the HD digital feature does produce some remarkably good shots none-the-less. It's also the only way to see behind sheets of drywall without a high powered xray device or demolition. People expecting iPhone graphics quality however will be disappointed. Zip-tying the camera to a wire fish length of rod (SWANLAKE 11' Fiberglass Running Wire Cable Coaxial Electrical Fish Tape Pull Push Kit With Glow Rod) worked wonders for stabilizing the image as the assembly was maneuvered through the target space especially for video recording. The controls are easy to navigate. I didn't see much improvement in the overall image quality generally when compared to the previous unit but the convenience improvement offered by this model with the dual camera option is EPIC. I decided to stick with Depstech after reviewing higher and lower priced options from other companies. Decent value for the price without sacrificing too much function. I can see clearly now that the wire missed the hole again....haha.

I got this to do a wall fish for a fiber optic cable inside a wall. It was my first time doing this DIY job. This tool makes it a lot easier since you can see inside the wall to look for any obstructions, plumbing lines, electrical cables, etc. to prevent creating more work or problems for yourself. Well worth the modest price. Was able to complete my job faster and more confidently using it. It is easy to use. Just turn it on and you can use it right away, and the manual explains the various functions well enough. Cable is flexible while still being pretty stiff and works great. Camera image is great is doesn't lag. I can see myself using it for all sorts of jobs in the future around the house and for car repairs.

Nice, inexpensive borescope arrived in a timely manner. At first, I tried to use it without reading the manual and could not get the side camera to work. I then read the manual and figured out how to get the side camera to work. I took still pictures and a video of the engagement of the starter on the ring gear on a Massey Ferguson 265 diesel tractor. It showed me that I needed spacers to get the correct engagement for the starters that I had purchased that claimed they fit the tractor. Not sure where the starter that was in the tractor came from as it did not require a spacer. Apparently, the original starter did require one. I would have damaged the starter had I tried to use it without the spacer. However, it is not easy to position and hold the camera still while taking videos. An extra set of hands would help. The diameter of the borescope allows it to fit into holes as small as a standard spark plug. There is a short rigid section at the tip of the borescope that limits its flexibility. They make a smaller diameter borescope that is more flexible, but it lacks a side camera-which created the short rigid section in the borescope that I bought. The scope is fairly long so it can be used in a variety of chores.

Product worked greater than expected. Used it right away to look for water damagey inside the walls and the video screen was clear sharp. Would recommend this product highly.

I picked this up to check the cylinders in a car I was working on. I have since used it several more times to see things on vehicles that you couldn't possibly see without some sort of camera. I also recently took the tool with me to look at a used car. I scoped inside the valve cover to discover a clean well cared for engine. It's easy to use, affordable and if you work on cars as much as I do. A necessary investment.

From the perspective of quality of the camera and screen this is pretty decent product (though the cable is a little unwieldly to handle). At issue is the product description indicated the camera can rotate. Likely a translation issue? There is a second camera on the probe BUT it's in a fixed position. So if you're trying to view something in say a wall or a duct and the side camera is in the wrong direction. Unless you rotate the entire head and came of the unit you cannot get a full view. Had this been clear I would not even have bought it. It's otherwise a nice product but not much use for what I purchased it to do. So item is being returned. If this does not matter to your needs it could be an excellent product

Excellent piece of kit. Easy to use, clear pictures and video. Recommend this for a great variety of jobs, from drain inspections to engine problems - it can see far more than you can!

So had an issue with a plug stuck in my DEF fill line on my RV. Couldn't fill the DEF and well kindof need to. I knew what happened just couldn't see the 10" down the pipe to check out getting out the plug. Looked over the Top ten of these and saw quite the variety and price and ratings. This one was #2 but had more that what I wanted to see and in my view, great value. Sooo, it arrives, great packaging and excellent quality out of the box.. I'm liking my choice. Tested it out in the kitchen, wife say I have too much nose hair, so it works great and out to the RV I go. Well about 3 minutes in I not only see the plug but devise a 'rescue' plan. Slid a straitened metal hanger I put an L on the end and slid it down the pipe beside the camera. Felt like one of those robot working surgeons. Great quality picture and easy to manipulate this in this 1.5" tube. I worked the L in behind the plug, gave a little tug and worked it back to about 6 or 7 inches from opening. My long needle nose plyers could just reach, again, beside the camera and HELLO, I got it out. Toooo pumped and very low stress. I had thought of going to Dealer or pulling off the hose and see what I could do the old fashioned way but 15 minutes and I can now head to the store to get DEF fluid. Yup great investment and can relax for future small space viewings. Cheers. D

Overall worked really well. The side camera is quite handy and I’m glad I purchased it. It’s only used on the odd occasion. A few issues. - if you don’t have the screen on the right angle it’s difficult to see the screen. It’s not like your phone screen for example where you can place is anywhere and still see the screen fine. - The cable is permanently fixed into the screen, it makes it awkward for storing etc. a little thing but would go a long way. - The buttons are not intuitive, it’s tricky to know how to move from one camera to another. Overall worked for what I needed and I think good value for money. You’ll praise yourself when you need it and it’s sat in the workbench.
