Premium quality and comfortable seating
Kohler toilet seat is very comfortable and feels premium. My toilet brand is Essco by Jaquar, and their toilet seat costs the same price even though the quality is very cheap. Buying Kohler toilet seat, I am getting premium quality for the same price.

Fasterner broke and not easy to install
I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Kohler was very responsive and arranged a technician to fix the toilet seat issue. Although I’m usually a DIY person, this particular installation was quite tricky to do myself. I also had to follow up with Kohler several times to get the technician visit scheduled. The product quality is good one. Overall, I am satisfied with how Kohler handled the complaint and resolved the issue. [Previous Review]The fasterner is so weak that it broke in first installation and there's no easily available fastener for this in the market. Installation is not easy as it take lots of efforts to align the hinges.
