Do the charging ports get power from the GPS mount directly or do you have run the wire to the battery?

This attaches to the BMW navigation mount. If you have one it connects straight in. If not there is a wire to run to battery power.

Does this work on 2019/2020 r1250r gps mount?

If you are using BMW Navigator V or VI, it will fit. It uses the same navigator cradle.
