Are these fitted sheets, I operate an ambulance service so i need sheets that will stay on the cot when i raise the head or leg section.

These are flat sheets, they are not fitted.

How practical would these be for making filters for a face mask?

I don’t think so as they have a plastic type of backing. I’ve heard people are using shop towels, coffee filters & vacuum filters for masks

Are these waterproof or leakproof?

These sheets are poly-backed which provides strength and fluid holdout.

They hold up well without breaking and are large enough to cover a spa bed (length-wise). I would get them again but because of their price I ended up picking up disposable rolls. Otherwise if you're looking for specifically stretcher sheets , these are great.
