Q: The spray bit that is attached to mob has come off how do I get it back in ?

It will only go in one way. There is an indentation on the back which goes against the pole then clicks into place. It should go in easily. Hope this helps

Q: How do you unblock the nozzle. I have water pouring out of it but not out of the nozzle

Just pull the bottle upwards in line with the handle. It is a friction fit.

Q: Can i buy replacement pads for this mop?

I haven’t used the pads which came with this mop as I still have new ones from a previous mop which fit. So the answer is YES!
