I never thought that I would like , quite the opposite. I look forward to my daily shakes, I have put on and maintained a kilo, fingers crossed for my future. Lovely to take and flavoursome.

Great tasting and easy to make, iv tried a few different ones but this is my now go to and wouldn't use another as this as everything you need. Only wish they did it a bit bigger for it to last longer as with price and delivery is sometimes hard to order again and got to wait. But other then that I highly recommend!

There's a lot of nutritional support drinks. Ensure has very good nutritional fundamentals, Things that you'll see when you compare its macro nutrient profile to other brands. But I think one of the best things is it's mild taste, a lot of nutritional support drinks. Having off weird taste, they don't really taste nice, but obviously they're trying to cram as many calories as possible in. This product really comes in clutch if you or a relative you have are trying to get as many calories as you can in a small a footprint as you can, And the fact that it doesn't have a strong taste is a big, big plus. So this size you get the most bang for your buck, it's pretty economical for what it is. And listen, I would definitely recommend it, especially if you don't like the taste of the other nutritional drinks. It also provides a ton of vitamins, which is good. you could replace meals with this, which is what it's intended for.

I bought it for my 84 year old mother because she was underweight and malnurish due to poor apetite. Results visible within two weeks. She gained weight as well as vigour and vitality. It’s a bit pricey. I buy it regularly and freight it to Africa.

Not good for weak stomachs.
