This recliner may appear small and perhaps made for kids but as a man of 5"6" and weighing 155 pounds, this is not kids chair. From the moment your chair arrives from Amazon, you will be pleased. All you do is open the box and remove the protective packaging, screw the 4 legs of the chair in, and finally insert a support cushion into a well made compartment, give it a little flattening and turn the chair over and let Yaheetech take you away! This recliner chair is so comfortable in all positions. I've recently lost everything in a devastating house fire and have been sleeping on a blow up mattress and let me tell you, sleeping just feels good in this recliner chair. No more tossing and turning because of the mattress just not being comfortable. And I paid $65 for it as well. To buy a recliner chair from Amazon with fre Prime delivery was a gift from God. The recliner chair is stylish, comfortable and despite the size, feels roomy enough that I now sleep in my chair every night until I can afford to buy a bed for the apartment. Don't let the very low price scare you like it did me. Trust your gut feeling and take a chance here with your purchase of a Yaheetech recliner chair with 3 reclining positions, all very comfortable. Out of 5 stars I give the recliner chair 5 stars all the way. There's nothing to not like here.

We are very happy with this chair purchased for our small sitting area. We are two average sized women with pets and didn't want to spend a lot on chairs We will probably have to replace sooner than if we were pet free (which is a miserable existence that will never happen for us). We are buying two more and possibly a third later if we find there is enough room. Pros * SMALL. Finally a recliner that is the right size for both of us middle aged women. I'm 5'5" at 145# and she is 5'9" at about 180#. *Easy assembly: screw the hard plastic feet on, line up the clips on either side of the back with the clips on the rear of the chair and slide it down with a little pressure until they both click into place Simple! *Nice appearance: We ordered grey in linen fabric. It looks as expected and the grey is a true neutral grey leaning neither bluish or brownish. The linen is a pretty fine tight weave the cats will take longer to claw up. (Lol!) They might even leave it alone in favor of more appropriate toys. Comfort: Very comfortable. We have both noted that we no longer need a pillow to support our lower backs even when sitting for an extended period. seat bed is firm and supportive but not hard. Back is softer and still supportive. No stupid pillow needed. NOTE: some may not find the leg rest long enough. (We don't mind that our feet hang over a bit as we just want our legs supported when reclining and other recliners give me sore heels after a while incling me to sit improperly in it.) Pets: we ordered a pet cover designed for a small recliner, and it fits perfectly. It's like it was made just for this chair. Cons *size: A person of a wider carriage might not find this chair comfortable Reclining: If you want to lay this chair all the way back to lie down for a nap, you will need to position it off the wall at least a foot. Only 6 or 8 inches is needed for the first (more upright) reclining position. Bottom Line: Great little recliner for the price. Perfect for our needs.

Where has this chair been all my life? It's brilliant! So easy to assemble, great material, beautiful color, and best of all--it's made for short people! I'm 5'2" and it is perfect! At last, 100% comfort--nothing built for tall people hurting my neck--it reclines so far back you could actually take a nap on it, and it's comfortable enough to do that! The only thing that keeps it from getting a perfect five stars is that there is no lock for the fully upright position. I'm trying to figure out a way to use a bungie cord to solve that, but if the company could solve that one issue, I'd buy one of these for every room! It doesn't take up much space and would fit just about anywhere. I love, love, love this chair!

The chair is comfortable however the mechanism that allows it to recline is a bit difficult. This was a complaint I had read about before purchasing but didn't realize how uncomfortable this design flaw was until I sat in the chair for an extended period of time. You can not keep the chair reclined past the initial foot up position. If you want a more reclined position you need to counterbalance the weight of your feet with your upper body. If you are watching anything or working on a laptop you want your head more forward which negates the counterbalance mechanism to recline. So it makes you bring your feet up so your center of gravity is more central but eventually your feet start to hurt from the pressure of being one position too long and the weight being put in one place. So if you need this chair, like myself, for working extended periods of time on a laptop this is not that chair for you. If you want to purchase this chair for the living room where you will be watching TV this is not the chair for you. If you are tall and/or have long legs this is not the chair for you. Best for a small/short person that wants the chair for short duration maybe to nurse a child or for an elderly that needs to sleep in a more upright position that will be putting there head back to counterbalance their legs. A very inconvenient design problem. Also this chair has an extreme chemical smell, in my opinion it smells like mosquito spray. I have had it unwrapped and sprayed down with febreeze and perfume for 4 days and this chair just stinks. Not a fan of the smell, has been causing mild headaches, though the chair for the price is decent. However will not be buying again was not what I needed and the smell is a huge negative for me as I have respiratory allergies that have been flaring up since this chair was delivered. Roommate is even complaining that their respiratory allergies are flaring up too and has made a mention that there is a weird smell coming from my room. Very smelly chair!

This recliner is very comfortable. Im a larger male 250ish well closer to 260 and this recliner works well for what I wanted it for. I wanted a small recliner for in our rv that I could come back and take a load off between events. The recliner does exactly that and I could actually sleep in this thing. It is a smaller frame recliner so I do fill it out rather well. (My old lady says I look like a fat man in a little coat) but I'm comfortable so I don't care. The recliner almost lays flat when opened but it definitely is not a wall hugger. The back comes off easily without tools, if i want to take it in and out of the small rv door.

No need to hesitate. This is a nice chair. I will keep this as long as it lasts. Packed great, arrived days early, and took minutes to assemble. You need to screw on the feet and slide the back into a pair of tracks. Did it by myself, no tools needed. I'm 5'10" and 180 lbs, and live in a studio apartment. Easy to push back, but not so loose it flies open. It fits me like a glove. Fully reclined, I could easily fall asleep in this chair in minutes. Fully supports my back while remaining fluffy cozy. Only negative I have is that it needed a vacuum. It had some lint and saw dust on the fabric. Probably would have done it anyway. I looked at a lot of chairs on a few sites over several days. For the price, I am tickled to finally have a recliner that checks all the boxes without breaking the bank. No bells and whistles to break, just a comfortable chair at a great price.

The chair is cheaply made, not the best quality, even for the price. The arms on the chair seem to have quite a bit of play side to side in them, and there was a square hole missing in wood frame of the left arm of the chair, as noted in the attached image. The hole is square, so this doesn't appear to be shipping damage, and you can hear the wood (or whatever material) cracking when you place any pressure on the armrests. The reclining mechanism also is a little rough, and it does have a hard time staying back when reclined. It is smaller than most recliners, but I was aware of that and that really is not an issue, and is not something that factors into my one star rating. This is something to be aware of if you do choose to buy it. I requested a return of the item given the hole in the arm, and the company approved the return, but the return packing slip was not prepaid, and the company said that I needed to contact them to get a paid return slip. I tried to contact them, and attached photos of the arm. Yaheetech support claims that they were not getting the images, even though I could clearly see them attached in my message to them, so I had to send them multiple times. After finally getting the images, they offered me $25 to ignore the problem, or a new chair. Right now, given the quality of the first chair and the interactions with the company, I am trying to get a refund from them, but I doubt that they will give me one. If I had to ship the chair to get a refund, the return address is in Canada, and I am in the US, so that having to pay for the shipping back would probably end up being more than the cost of the chair (Given my interactions with Yaheetech, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that this is intentional). After seeing the quality of the chair that was originally shipped to me, I do not want another one. So if you purchase this chair, you may be stuck with it, even with poor quality.

I gave it 5 stars because for the price and what it does it just can't be beat. First off, you have to go in with an open mind and know that at this price point you cannot expect it to be comparable to recliners that cost $300-$400 more with some even costing almost $1,000 more. If you can do that you'll be pleasantly surprised with these recliners. We bought 3 for our home theater room and man they fit perfectly and look great to! We are ordering 3 more to complete our home theater room! The only con that wasn't one for us is the size of the recliner. I am 5'5" medium athletic build and the chair fits me perfectly with enough room to move around. But I can tell you that anyone over 6ft and big this is not the chair for you. While yes you could fit with it in the sitting position sure but it'll be tight and once you recline your feet will definitely be hanging off. Assembling was easy and took 10 mins at the most no tools required. I have kids and I am a little worried how they will hold up but at this price point I'd rather them tear these up than a recliner that costs way more. Unfortunately you have to pay for shipping which isn't bad and I thought about taking off a star for that but they arrived in 3 days which surprised me. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a budget recliner.
