How does this differ from the Panasonic bread maker priced£159?

I think this is for the dedicated bakers of this world, to whom an automatic yeast dispenser is critical. Lots of different programmes and selections, including a specific one for sourdough. I suppose it really depends how many different types of bread you want to make, how often and if you want to do things yourself or have this gadget work it out for you. It’s a bit like having a mega posh smartphone - I probably only use half the apps and clever stuff, but to some people, the more the merrier. Sorry I can’t be of more help!

What is largest loaf size this can make?

600g is the largest. A standard sliced supermarket loaf is 800g.

Hi. Can you add poppy/sesame seeds on the top of the loaf before the baking stage? Also do you think it's ok to freeze the loaves? Many thanks.
