Does this microphone come with the shock mount and a wooden box?

The lower price version ($3200) comes with wooden box and no SG287 Shock Mount nor Neumann EA 4 Elastic Suspension. The higher price version ($3,650) comes with box and Neumann EA 4 Elastic Suspension. If you dont buy the Neumann EA 4 Elastic Suspension (which also holds the mic) then you will need at least the Neumann SG287 Shock Mount to hold the mic.

Does this product include a windscreen, cable, EA87 elastic suspension and comes in a wooden jeweler's box? Thanks.
