Seems like quality at a great price
Very nice valve, all brass with a good plastic cover for rough in. Built in level on rough in cover. Pressure adjusting screws on valve . Soft rain feeling on shower and wand. Honestly impressed with fixture .not sure what will happen when it needs service as far as parts go.

Great Shower System and Great Customer Service
This shower system was easy to install. The instructions were clear. The parts seem to be high quality (Much better actually than more expensive shower systems we had priced at Home Depot). The main water valve is made of solid brass and has a good heft to it. The install was fairly straightforward and now that the shower is installed we love it so much! It is great to be able to mix the shower head and the shower wand at the same time. Gabrylly's customer service is excellent. We had a problem with the shower head leaking out the top just a little bit, they responded to our email within one day and had a replacement at our house 3 days later. Really helpful and prompt people to work with. I would definitely buy this again and work with Gabrylly again.

This company has the best customer service. Had a leak in the handheld hose and they sent a new one after 4 years of purchase. Made the transaction stress free and very easy. I would not hesitate to purchase from them from now on.

Hand held nozzle detached from hose.
We bought this and had it professionally installed. Within 6 months the hand nozzle detached from the hose. I would not recommend this product.
