I bought I white one a while back. And the lid doesn’t screw on. I put some tape to keep it tight. Now I got a Black one and that lid screws on. I was wondering why one screwed on and one doesn’t.

Holds a lot more than it looks. I filled this to the rim, and have been drinking a cup a day and looks like it may last a full week without refilling. It feels a little thin/flimsy, but I haven't had any issues yet. It has an o-ring around the top to help prevent spilling any Yerba around the edges of the lid, but the lid isn't terribly secure. It pops on and off with relative ease. Again, hasn't spilled yet, but I'd prefer a more secure fit. Being new to Yerba Mate I wanted a cheap yerba cannister that was easy to pour, didn't spill and most importantly (for someone who may not like the drink and risking wasting the money) it didn't hurt my wallet. 100% would buy again, and recommend for anyone wanting to keep dry goods dry, especially Yerba Mate as the pour spout makes filling the gourd super easy!

Great little container. Easy to open, use and clean. Looks fine out on the counter top. We bought our first one a while ago and had to buy another because the first one got broken. It works well for coffee grounds and things like that.

I was looking for something that closely resembles the original salt container and found this. It really helps because I buy salt in bulk as its cheaper.

I purchased this container to store and dispense ground coffee into our reusable k-cups. It's works great. No more ugly container on the countertop! No more scooping messy coffee grounds. I'm buying a second one now for the rv! Love it!$

I got this for our backyard chickens. We put mealworms in the container to use as bait to lure the chickens into the coop at night so they are safe. But the spout isn't easy to pull out and we continue to shake it but it dispenses very little. This would probably have a better rating from me if I was using it was sugar or creamer. But for mealworms, not so much. UPDATE: Actually my response/review was nicer than I wanted to leave. You have to use your "fingernail" to lift the spout, not your finger. The spout takes up most of the cans space. Having to use your "fingernail" to pull up/out the spout is not a very sanitary way to use a dispenser. Again, in a world where there is bacteria, covid, disease, etc., keeping the spout end sanitary should be a concern for the designer. So I can't recommend this container for shared use, personal use only. COMMUNICATION WITH SELLER: The seller is the best part of this product. They did let me know that it is made by machines and sometimes imperfections happen. They did go out of their way to make the situation right. So even though the product may sometimes fall short, it is good to know there are great sellers out there that are concerned about their product enough to make the customer happy.

It's the perfect match for my black Standley. Its capacity is enough for one or two days worth of yerba. Great quality.

My husband and I love this product. We saw my father using this and immediately needed to buy it. It’s easy to transport and perfect for any trip by car, for a picnic or just at home. We use this daily since we drink a South American hot drink called Mate. We fill it with herbs and it’s easy to pour into a cup. Great material and easy to wash. I recommend this product to anyone who loves herbs and wants an easy filler. It’s a 10/10.
