Good recliner
This recliner arrived in one box containing two pieces which consisted of the seat/arm portion and the back portion. There were four screw on "feet" included. Shipping weight was approximately 59 pounds. Box measurements were 27" w x 30" l x 20" d. Assembly was easy; I screwed the feet into the bottom (holes provided) and slid the back piece onto the the black metal hinge arms at the back of the seat. I did have to push slightly on top corner of one side of the back to make sure it snapped into place. It is a pretty piece of furniture and seems sturdy enough. I do not have any large pets, children, or large adults living with me that might use this chair in a rough manner so I anticipate enjoying it for several years. The seat cushion is not cushy and is quite firm but I am sure that will change with time. The back is cushy and very comfortable and supportive. As you can see in the photo recliner is about the same size as a glider rocker I have. In upright position, from floor to top of back section is 40". The seat is 19" wide and 20" deep and is 17" from floor. ( for a reference, ankle bone to kneecap on me is 15"). The armrest area of side is 3" wide and 6" from its top to seat. A little low but not uncomfortably so. The material is soft with a leathery feel and a creamy color. There are no defects or discolorations. The chair reclines easily and stays in position. It is on the small side and as for looks of a recliner (so used to only seeing the big bulky kind) may take a bit of time for me to get used to but I wanted something to take a nap on without getting in bed and I do not have a regular sized sofa. And I did not want to spend a lot of money. This is perfect for why I wanted it. I am 5'3' and 145 pounds. While fully reclining my heels are about 1" from the edge of the footrest and my head is about 1" from the edge of the top of the back. It is a good chair and I am pleased with the purchase. I find it very comfortable to sit in and watch a little television or read.Customer service was amazing. Original shipment was delivered to the wrong address by shipping company who was not very helpful to either seller or me. Seller responded to all of my emails promptly and immediately sent out a replacement. Seller was very nice and offered excellent customer service.I think the chair is good value for the cost. I don't expect La - Z - Boy quality with what I could afford but believe I have received my money's worth and then some. I would purchase again and may get a second one soon.

Just what I needed
This chair arrived in perfect condition and faster than anticipated. I think this is just my proximity to the warehouse though. I purchased this to have furniture in my apartment while my furniture from Ashley and local furniture stores continue to be on back order with an est. delivery date pushed out (back) further and further. Since money for my other furniture has already been collected I did not want to shell out too much more on furniture. This chair is perfect for those on a “budget” or just needing a temporary fix, or those who don’t care about “fancy/expensive” furniture. It seems to be durable though and will last a long time. Again it is not a piece of shift. I too was hesitant about buying furniture with a country of origin as China on Amazon. This chair though is perfect. Would definitely order again/recommend to those in similar situations and of petite stature. This chair was easy to assemble (just a one person job) and can be disassembled if needed for moving. Top just comes apart from the bottom and then flip over to screw off legs. No screws or screwdriver required! This chair is firm and soft at the same time. It is giving the perfect amount of support I need, but isn’t the same support you’d have on other more heavy duty furniture.I am on the petite side so this chair is the perfect height for me. For instance, when sitting all the way back my feet touch the ground while my head comes to the top of the chair. If you are taller than 5’6 it might look a little weird and you may be too tall for the chair. I also think woman with bigger hips may have difficulty with this chair as the seat might not fit you. If you are bigger than a women’s 14-16 (US size), I don’t think you’d fit only because it is much narrower than other “recliners.” This also applies to the arm rests but again this is perfect for young adult women/men on the petite side and would make a great addition to a teenager’s room/a basement where friends come over to play videogames. This chair is exactly what I needed, but might not be best for you if you are not really relating to this review. This chair is perfect for apartments, dorms, or other small spaces such as a nursery. You could easily use this chair to breast feed in or nap with a baby. It does not “rock” though. It is very easy to recline and stand back up, however you just “push.” There are no levers on the sides like more traditional recliners. It is exactly what I needed but if you need a more “substantial” chair this isn’t it. I hope this helps! Thanks for coming to my TED talk!!!

On the cheap side but worth the asking price
I just got it delivered 30mins ago. It was a little difficult to get it into my apartment because I live alone and the box was heavy. Other than that I think it’s reasonably priced. It’s definitely on the cheap side and probably won’t last that long however I rent my apartment and needed something sooner rather than later. Plus I didn’t want to pay too much for something I may not even take with me when I do buy a house. If anyone is curious I’m 5’4 and weigh 173lbs. I’m seated comfortably but my feet so touch the floor. The cushioning is decent and it’s pretty sturdy for me. There’s no handle to operate the pullout so you’ll have to carefully lean all the way back to get it to come out to put your feet/legs up.
