Will this tool punch down w/o cutting? Need to be able to daisy chain the block.

Yes, you can punch down without cutting. The 110 blade has one side with a blade, and the other side punches down without cutting. So one side cuts, one side doesn’t. Two headed blade. Good to go. I hope this helps.
