Works on nasty city water, reversable flow
Using this on city water that just smells nasty in Florida and it now has no smell and tastes great. I saw some reviewers that ran their waterlines back and forth becaust the way the filter set comes, the water inlet is on the right and the outlet on the left. This did not match my plumbing and it simply hurts my OCD to have the flow be right to left or have pipes come out of the wall and criss cross to match the backwards flow setup. Well, the filters on the bracket are symetrical and reversable easily with the bolts on the top. I checked with ispring and they confirmed that is legit so all is well. The dual set I purchased is really beefy with double orings on the filter housing, a really quality setup. I have a single filter on a whole house in another location and that lasts a year before the pressure starts dropping so I'll be watching if this one is the same or worse with the two filters in series. Only issue I had was to get the NPT fittings to seal into the filter, you have to tighten so much that it digs up the plastic on the housing but eventually seals. I used a coupler on both sides in case something starts to leak and I have to remove the housing. First time using Pex-A but seems to be leak free for now. I removed the labels on the filter packaging and stuck them on th bracket to remind me which went where since I reversed them from the way they shipped. A decent setup with quick reply from customer service for me...

ISpring makes great water filters
I researched different whole house water filters for several weeks and ended up with I Spring. I saw several reviews stating that they were experiencing leaks and a couple reviews even said the main housing cracked during installation. in my opinion these are the best water filters out there in this price range. The main bodies; (what the water lines attach to and the filter canisters screw into), is indeed plastic... but it is very thick and substantial - I was quite impressed and very pleased when i got them. When you pick one up you instantly notice the weight ... these things are beefy! I would suggest putting 6 or 7 complete wraps of Teflon tape around the fitting that you screw in to the housing. In doing that, I have not had any leaks and the unit has been installed for 3 weeks. Also , you do not need to over tighten the fitting, I used a 10 in wrench to reduce leverage and just put reasonable force into it. The filters themselves also are quite beefy and appear to be capable of significant loading before you see a noticeable pressure drop. just this week I have noticed an improvement in the water taste and starting to notice a difference in the reduction of water spots on dishes after washing, etc. I think it will take a couple months for all the water pipes to clean out a bit before the real difference is apparent. I had a cheaper system about 5 years ago and ended up ripping it out about a year later because of leaks and constantly replacing the filters. Then this summer I decided to try a better system. I highly recommend this product and more importantly this manufacturer. On a side note, I also ordered a 4th stage which is not installed yet; (the flex line will be replaced with rigid copper once I get the 4th stage installed). It was the big blue 20" filter and it did not come with the mounting bracket ... my bad. I contacted ISpring and they told me that the bracket is not included with the one i ordered. But in the same breath they said that their customer satisfaction is most important and they are sending me one completely free of charge without me even asking. So just stop reading reviews and order their products and get your water quality increased !!!

Good quality products and great tech support
I have been using the Ispring UVF55FS 55W whole-house UV water system in my off-grid cabin for about 5 years, and it has worked wonderfully. I even had the water tested to make sure it's safe to drink, and it all tested normal. The cartridges are reasonably priced and easy to replace as needed. Whenever I have a problem, I call, and Nick has been so patient and helpful in resolving the problem. I don't know what I would have done without the system and Nick's continued help.

Great products
Great product and it does not leak as long as you do it correctly and add food Grade sealant. The only issue is that the system was too small for my house after a sígnicant Drop in water pressure. My showers and everything in the house lost pressure, especially when using more than one sink or shower. The problem resolved itself after I purchased the 20” unit. I just wish the item description was more clear and provided accurate information on specific size needed based on household size. I ended spending more than I planned

Customer Service 10/10
We have had our system installed for many years at this point. I haven’t had customer service be so helpful anywhere else! We were not going back a forth with a machine-we talked to Nicholas who was not only knowledgeable and helpful but everything was so fast. One phone call. Besides the filter being great, I would purchase again simply because of that.

Outstanding Product and Exceptional Support!
I am absolutely thrilled with both the iSpring product and the outstanding customer support provided by Francis! After installing it by myself, I encountered a minor leak. Despite my best efforts, there was a slight water leak in three separate places. #1 is fixed with a slight tightening, but #2 (the other side) and #3 did not stop. I reached out to iSpring's support, and Francis stepped in to assist me. His response was not only prompt but incredibly detailed and helpful. Following his instructions, I applied O-ring grease, which stopped the leak at #3. Although it didn't completely stop the leak at #2, it did help reduce it. That is when Francis quickly arranged for replacement parts to be sent to me. He provided a tracking number and kept me updated throughout the process. The replacement arrived swiftly, and I am happy to report that the system is now working perfectly. The leak has been resolved, and the system is performing flawlessly. Whenever we experience heavy rain or a series of rainy days, the water in our city often turns brown for several hours, sometimes even longer. During these times, the city sends out water quality warning text messages. Residents in our subdivision are advised to flush their taps until the water runs clear again, as recommended by the city. After installing the iSpring filter, we had three days of rain, yet the water inside our house remained clear. However, the water in our garden, which is not filtered through the iSpring system, was as brown as usual. The product itself is top-notch, and Francis’s support was the cherry on top. His dedication to resolving my issue and his detailed instructions made a potentially stressful situation smooth and straightforward. Thank you iSpring and Francis for both their excellent products and their exceptional customer service.

Clean water in a snap
Worked excellent. As soon as I installed it I could see the difference. Installation was a snap for any DIY’er. I had it installed in less than 40 minutes. I was able to register it using the provided QR code. I worked with Robert who was able to complete the registration process without issue. I would highly recommend this product for the removal of iron from your well water.

Muy útil y recomendable
La única crítica que tengo, es que es caro. Deberían haber paquetes que permitan abaratar sustancialmente el producto.

A Solid Whole House Filter System That Gives Peace of Mind
I wanted a whole-house filtration system rather than just a small drinking water filter, and this iSpring unit has been a really worthwhile upgrade. The biggest difference I noticed after installation was the overall feel of the water. It has a cleaner taste and there’s less of that typical chlorine smell you can sometimes notice with tap water. Knowing it’s designed to reduce things like sediments and certain unwanted contaminants also gives extra peace of mind, especially when the water is being used throughout the whole house. The system itself feels well made. The housing is sturdy, and the 1-inch inlet and outlet design makes it suitable for a proper whole-house setup rather than a small under-sink filter. Installation does require some basic plumbing knowledge or a professional installer depending on your setup, so it’s worth planning that part before purchasing. Once fitted, the system is very low maintenance. The filters are easy enough to access when replacement is needed, and I like that you’re not constantly dealing with small cartridges or separate filters around the house. It’s also nice having filtered water available from every tap rather than only one location. It makes a difference for everyday tasks like cooking, washing, and filling the kettle, not just drinking water. Overall, this feels like a quality filtration system that is designed for people who want a more complete solution rather than a temporary fix. It’s well built, effective, and gives a noticeable improvement in water quality.
