Works on nasty city water, reversable flow
Using this on city water that just smells nasty in Florida and it now has no smell and tastes great. I saw some reviewers that ran their waterlines back and forth becaust the way the filter set comes, the water inlet is on the right and the outlet on the left. This did not match my plumbing and it simply hurts my OCD to have the flow be right to left or have pipes come out of the wall and criss cross to match the backwards flow setup. Well, the filters on the bracket are symetrical and reversable easily with the bolts on the top. I checked with ispring and they confirmed that is legit so all is well. The dual set I purchased is really beefy with double orings on the filter housing, a really quality setup. I have a single filter on a whole house in another location and that lasts a year before the pressure starts dropping so I'll be watching if this one is the same or worse with the two filters in series. Only issue I had was to get the NPT fittings to seal into the filter, you have to tighten so much that it digs up the plastic on the housing but eventually seals. I used a coupler on both sides in case something starts to leak and I have to remove the housing. First time using Pex-A but seems to be leak free for now. I removed the labels on the filter packaging and stuck them on th bracket to remind me which went where since I reversed them from the way they shipped. A decent setup with quick reply from customer service for me...

Top Notch Whole House Water Filtration System
Just had this affordable system installed last week and the results were almost instantaneous. We are using the sediment and charcoal filters, and our water went to almost undrinkable to perfect within a day. The system itself is heavy and well built, and took about an hour for a professional plumber to install. Replacement filters are reasonable and simple to swap using the included wrench.

Good quality products and great tech support
I have been using the Ispring UVF55FS 55W whole-house UV water system in my off-grid cabin for about 5 years, and it has worked wonderfully. I even had the water tested to make sure it's safe to drink, and it all tested normal. The cartridges are reasonably priced and easy to replace as needed. Whenever I have a problem, I call, and Nick has been so patient and helpful in resolving the problem. I don't know what I would have done without the system and Nick's continued help.

Nice system
We wanted a whole-house system because our municipal water is terrible. It smelled like a pool on a hot day nearly every time we turned on the kitchen faucet. This kit came with all we needed. The reasons I can’t give it a five-star rating are:1. I haven’t had it long enough for a water quality comparison, e.g. taste, smell, etc.2. One of the plastic inlet pieces started stripping the thread after wrapping it in plumber’s tape. I bought a metal fitting to replace it, and it worked great. I recommend using pipe dope as well as tape to ensure long-lasting connections.Overall, it’s not the most difficult thing to install, provided you have easy access to your water main coming in and plenty of room to mount the system off the ground. If I have updates later about filter life, system sturdiness, etc, I’ll post them. I’ve been emailing with Julian and it’s been great. They’re very responsive.

Clean water in a snap
Worked excellent. As soon as I installed it I could see the difference. Installation was a snap for any DIY’er. I had it installed in less than 40 minutes. I was able to register it using the provided QR code. I worked with Robert who was able to complete the registration process without issue. I would highly recommend this product for the removal of iron from your well water.

Outstanding Product and Exceptional Support!
I am absolutely thrilled with both the iSpring product and the outstanding customer support provided by Francis! After installing it by myself, I encountered a minor leak. Despite my best efforts, there was a slight water leak in three separate places. #1 is fixed with a slight tightening, but #2 (the other side) and #3 did not stop. I reached out to iSpring's support, and Francis stepped in to assist me. His response was not only prompt but incredibly detailed and helpful. Following his instructions, I applied O-ring grease, which stopped the leak at #3. Although it didn't completely stop the leak at #2, it did help reduce it.That is when Francis quickly arranged for replacement parts to be sent to me. He provided a tracking number and kept me updated throughout the process. The replacement arrived swiftly, and I am happy to report that the system is now working perfectly. The leak has been resolved, and the system is performing flawlessly.Whenever we experience heavy rain or a series of rainy days, the water in our city often turns brown for several hours, sometimes even longer. During these times, the city sends out water quality warning text messages. Residents in our subdivision are advised to flush their taps until the water runs clear again, as recommended by the city. After installing the iSpring filter, we had three days of rain, yet the water inside our house remained clear. However, the water in our garden, which is not filtered through the iSpring system, was as brown as usual. The product itself is top-notch, and Francis’s support was the cherry on top. His dedication to resolving my issue and his detailed instructions made a potentially stressful situation smooth and straightforward.Thank you iSpring and Francis for both their excellent products and their exceptional customer service.

Highly Recommended if You Have a Questionable Water Supply
Like most people, we purchased this to clean up our local water. We live in a water district that gets it's water from a series of wells. It's mostly acceptable water, but every once and a while we would see a noticeable color change in the water for a day or two - a yellowish tint. The water district said there was no issue, but we were concerned what quality of water we were actually getting. We also have an on demand hot water heater. They are more prone to develop scale from poor water supply. The filter system installation was straightforward and easy. It is bigger than you might imagine, so measure to make sure that you'll have the wall space required. We immediately noticed a difference in our water quality. The clarity of the water in our bath was noticeable. It almost felt like we had installed a water softener. The replacement filters are easy to replace. Watch for them on sale to save yourself a few dollars.High quality and a noticeable difference!

Pressure Drop and Maintenance, Filter Order
Our water had trace iron and sediment, moderately hard well water. Installed system with a 50 u sediment filter and C and Fe cartridges. Weve operated for about 75 days and were not impressed with the pressure drop through the system; however the quality of the water improved immensely. No iron taste or any for that matter, and solids depositing in our toilets and fixtures to very minimal comparatively to what we had. The hot water heater also is pleased, with limited scale buildup now.Never happy with the flow rate and pressure of our system from get go but what gave. We rinsed the sediment filter weekly however the pressure was horrible, the flow finally got the better of me, and shut the system down through valve train and pulled the first cartridge. It was covered with solids, very fine, reddish brown. Simply pulled the carrtridge out and rinse it off again and again in a 5 gallon bucket, it cleaned up real nice. 5 days now; water is now phenomenal, do not even notice the well pump kicking on.Moral; clean your filters all of them off line once a month maybe. I am thrilled at this point after phenomenal confusion at my well designed system not working......maintenance, just a little. The Iron filter goes first because it converts the free Fe and such to larger particles for the carbon filter to remove....I put my carbon filter in first.....system works.....probably should follow mfr instructions

Muy útil y recomendable
La única crítica que tengo, es que es caro. Deberían haber paquetes que permitan abaratar sustancialmente el producto.

A Solid Whole House Filter System That Gives Peace of Mind
I wanted a whole-house filtration system rather than just a small drinking water filter, and this iSpring unit has been a really worthwhile upgrade. The biggest difference I noticed after installation was the overall feel of the water. It has a cleaner taste and there’s less of that typical chlorine smell you can sometimes notice with tap water. Knowing it’s designed to reduce things like sediments and certain unwanted contaminants also gives extra peace of mind, especially when the water is being used throughout the whole house. The system itself feels well made. The housing is sturdy, and the 1-inch inlet and outlet design makes it suitable for a proper whole-house setup rather than a small under-sink filter. Installation does require some basic plumbing knowledge or a professional installer depending on your setup, so it’s worth planning that part before purchasing.Once fitted, the system is very low maintenance. The filters are easy enough to access when replacement is needed, and I like that you’re not constantly dealing with small cartridges or separate filters around the house. It’s also nice having filtered water available from every tap rather than only one location. It makes a difference for everyday tasks like cooking, washing, and filling the kettle, not just drinking water.Overall, this feels like a quality filtration system that is designed for people who want a more complete solution rather than a temporary fix. It’s well built, effective, and gives a noticeable improvement in water quality.
