I just started my second bottle, but to be honest I have had so much gas.

I like that it has 35 billion CFU. Seems to be working well for me. The first bottle I ordered came without any cold pack. According to label it should be cold packed during shipment and kept refrigerated for full potency. Hopefully, future orders will be cold packed for shipping.

I am so glad to find this probiotic, as it really works to help my gut digest foods and stop most of the flatulence that used to embarrass me.
