Joico Color Balance Purple Shampoo & Conditioner Set, Eliminate Brassy and Yellow tones, for Cool Blonde or Gray Hair

I’ve really enjoyed using this shampoo and conditioner set. The shampoo lathers well, and the conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth without weighing it down. It works well as part of my regular hair care routine and helps keep my color looking fresh. The scent is pleasant, and a little product goes a long way. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.

My hair is pure white. This shampoo really does get rid of any yellowing. I would recommend this Joico purple shampoo

Love this shampoo great for blondes

I looked at a lot of products and read a lot of reviews for purple shampoos and conditioners here on amazon, so to save everyone time, I'm cutting to the chase. My hair type: Multi-dimensional platinum, medium and dark blonde processed hair. My hair had three treatments to get me from dyed blue black to the current color. Yes, my hair is extremely damaged as one would expect (I just use a leave-in conditioner and all is good). 1. Yes, product works, but be aware will turn orange/brassy blonde to more of a light brown and makes platinum areas lighter. 2. Left my hair super shiney. I was very impressed by this. Smells decent as well. 3. Overall good product - I recommend. Gave it 4 stars for the slight drying properties. Details: 1. Dries out the hair a tiny bit - all purple shampoos/conditioners do since these are more chemicals on your hair. The dryness is slight though, and no big deal. Follow the directions (leave on for no more than 1-3 minutes and only use once or twice a week at most and you will not have any problems). I left both on for two min. then rinsed. Again, just follow the direcions and no worries. 2. Shampoo does not lather up but remember that this is not your normal shampoo - so don't expect it to act like one. Use a little more than you'd use of your normal shampoo and it is fine. 3. Does not turn your hands or scalp purple. Rinsed immediately off of my hands. The only way I can see this happening is if you sat there rubbing your head with the product for an hour so it gets impregnated into your skin. 4. Does not turn your tub purple. I have an old tub where my husband actually sanded the glaze off and both products rinsed off immediately. My old hair dye did 100 times more damage. 5. Did not burn my eyes and I wasn't careful Then again, put any shampoo, conditioner, or even soap into your eyes and it will burn. 6. This is not meant for brown hair. You need to buy the blue shampoo for this. This is for very light hair. Over all, yes. Decent for the money and does what you'd expect. Remember, purple shampoos and conditioners are chemicals are are not supposed to be left on hair for longer than a couple min or used more than twice a week.

Works great on my gray hair. It takes out all of the yellow and leaves the hair a great shiny silver color!

Salon recommended. I wouldn't. It has had no impact on the brassy yellow. Its a bit drying like most purple shampoo but easily amended with a mask or leave in. I have always had great experience with Joico products but this one doesn't have the intended results

Rien à dire, il fait son job,il lave bien , bonne odeur, texture épaisse et agréable à utiliser, laisse les cheveux doux et brillant. Pour le côté anti jaunissement ça marche bien aussi avec les deux ensemble shampoing et conditionneur. Je recommande cette marque qui est digne des produits en salon de coiffure, elle est très bien ☺️👍

After my hairdresser had basically messed up my colour (asked for ashy blonde, got yellowish colour) I sought out to find a good purple shampoo. Last year I had used PROVOKE purple shampoo and conditioner and it DESTROYED my hair quality. My hair felt like straw and brushing it felt HORRIBLE! So stopped using it. JOICO however is unreal. This brand is absolutely amazing and after i use the conditioner my hair feels SILKY smooth !! Love it! Its worth the price!! Also would recommend leaving the shampoo in for 6-8 minutes as opposed to 1-3 mins as it says on bottle. Your welcome ladies! :)

Enlève les reflets fadasses et donne de l'éclat, et apporte même de la douceur. Son odeur est très agréable. Mes cheveux étant très, très secs et bouclés, je le complète avec un masque ultra nourrissant pour un soin complet.
