New charger works perfectly.
I want to update a review I first wrote about this product. The first charger I received didn't work but FirstPower responded to my review, unsolicited, and offered either a full refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement which was shipped promptly and worked perfectly with the two new batteries that were included in the kit. I now wouldn't hesitate to order from FirstPower as they proved themselves responsive to customer complaints while offering fair solutions to product issues.

Defective equipment, no product support from manufacturer
The first one I received had a defective charger. I had trouble getting a response from the manufacturer but they eventually reached out and sent a replacement that has so far worked as expected.

So far the batteries work fine and charge well with another charger i had to buy but the charger provided was dead on arrival. Buy the batteries, skip the combo with the charger.{Upgrade Review} 3 to 5 starsAgain, the batteries seem to be everything claimed and are working fine at a reasonable price. The seller of the product contacted me via amazon and stated that based on my original review, they would provide a replacement. They indeed did provide that replacement and very expediently I might add. They not only replaced the charger but sent a set of batteries as well. Both are working very well.The changed review reflects the sellers intent to provide excellent customer service. I did not contact them or Amazon regarding the problem, they took the action on their own to replace a defective charger. Very few sellers go to these steps to make a customer happy. I commend them and recommend that you purchase products thru them with confidence that they will stand behind the product.

Perfect longer life battery for focus assist
This kit is really cool. It charges on either USB B or C and charges any battery of this size or style body. I like having extra time for my focus assist monitor by having these larger capacity batteries.
