Quictent Pop up Canopy Tent 10'x10' with 4 Detachable Window Sidewalls

I bought this for an event in the desert and looked at other reviews for 10x10 canopies and this one came highly recommended. While the price point is on the lower end the canopy is pretty sturdy. The inside of the canopy has a radiant barrier that keeps out the heat. it was over 107° F and the ground under the canopy was cool. It was easy to setup and open, I would recommend some type of weights for the the legs. We used one of the 4 sides to provide more shade as the day went on. It worked great at increasing the amount of shade we had. A note on the sides, we had a slight wind when taking it down and I think the side acted like a sail and lifted the canopy and a few pieces were damaged. Their amazing customer service sent replacement parts out within a few days and the canopy is like new. In light winds I highly recommend leg weights.

Review update 12/22: Amazing customer service. I use this tent a lot! I do between 4-5 events every month. Last month I did 8 and the center lock broke. I contacted customer support and they were able to quickly send out the piece I needed. They also helped me with the price of a new canopy. Highly recommend this tent especially if you do events by yourself. Original Review: I’ve been vendoring with this tent since 2018. It’s now 2022! The only reason I need to buy a new one is we lost a bolt and the bag is finally ripping. Well made no rips in that many years and so many markets uses. Decided to repurchase this same tent to continue with my vendor events this year. I loved using the fake arch window panel. Only Con is it has the pop pins for the legs. Would love to see them upgrade to slide clips.

We own a business & regularly attend local festivals. These are outside & require a pop-up tent. I have used pop-up tents for years & this was the worst one I have ever purchased. The frame it self is sturdy & set up quickly. However, the canopy was torn in 4 places where the roof Velcro attaches to the top of the frame. Also, it was sold as waterproof. It rained & everything under the tent got wet. Not just leaking through canopy tears, but actually coming through the whole canopy area. Also, the canopy had fabric covers to cover the tent poles/legs. When you fully raise the tent frame, the covers for the legs couldn't stretch far enough & one actually tore. I had to stitch it back myself, but it didn't work. I wound up just pulling them under the canopy top & wrapping them around the frame to get them out of sight. The canopy itself was so thin you probably read a magazine through it. I didn't realize it was possible to get fabric made that was as thin as this. I purchased the sidewalls as the festival we were attending was several days, so I thought, we could put these up & not have everything under the tent exposed. The sidewalls were just a thin/flimsy as the canopy top. We were never able to get them to attach & fully enclose the tent or contents. One was about a couple of inches too short to attach & not leave a gap between the sidewall & tent pole. The tent frame, when fully extended to be as high as it can go, was not tall enough. I am 6" & never had to bend over to look customers in the eye during a sale. It couldn't go any higher. The tent bag was very thin & tore when I put it in the back of the truck heading to the festival. ( I didn't throw it in, but carefully placed it in the bed of the truck). Also, the zipper separated & we couldn't get it to close & zip back up. I could have replaced the canopy & tent bag with left over items I have saved from previously owned tents, but after all the above, I wondered if I would have issues with the frame itself. We have owned tents that have lasted up to 6-7yrs, with a little care & work to fix a broken part here or there. Never have we ever had issues, so many issues as we did with this tent. I called amazon & returned everything. Lesson learned. (The hard way).

This canopy tent is honestly amazing. It was super easy to set up, even for just one person, as they promote. The fabric sidewalls go on quickly and stay in place really well, which is great for extra shade or privacy. The frame feels sturdy, and overall the quality is excellent. The wheeled carrying bag is a big plus—very practical and makes it easy to move around without effort. But what impressed me the most was Quictent’s customer service. I had a problem with some parts, and they were incredibly helpful. They responded very fast, honored the warranty with no issues, and sent me the exact parts I needed right away. Their communication was clear and professional, and they made me feel truly supported. It’s not easy to find that kind of service nowadays. I feel confident buying from them again because I know they stand behind their products. I’ve assembled and disassembled it several times myself, and it’s been a breeze every time. Highly recommended!

sets up quick and material is good quality

This adorable canopy is fantastic for vendor events! It’s easy to take down and put up (with one strong person, but two is much easier!), and the pink color really makes it stand out. I’ve been using it for several months and can say it’s lasted well. Only a couple of very minor issues that made me take a star off: the stitching/assembly could definitely be a bit better. The very first setup I noticed some intense pulling on the seams, I haven’t had any actually rip yet, but some have pulled so bad that you can see tiny holes along the stitching. Secondly, when we first got it, I had a show just a couple of days later so I immediately set it up to check it out. I *literally* barfed from the smell of rotten milk. We expected the normal “new plastic/material” smell of chemicals, but this was over the top. We let it stay set up in the back yard for two days and then had to take it down for said event. We traveled with it in the trunck of my car, and I could still smell it. I didn’t use the side walls for that show, which helped so no customers smelled anything. My next event wasn’t for a month... when I setup that day, I could still smell it. I’d say almost 2 months before it wasn’t noticeable for anyone. Ugh, I’m honestly close to removing another star just remembering that horrendous stench! Overall however, I love this canopy, and I’m just hoping it holds up!

The tent was a true pink that I was looking for, THE LITTLE PINK ELEPHANT is my business name. The tent is very easy to put up with 2 people but I have put it up by myself too and it can be done. It did seam a little flimsy when handing 6 Lanterns and 2 bird baths from it but it did hold up. I would not hand to much more. The bag ripped the first day and we use the side for the first time and they did not fit the tent. They were to short les then 10" across. The tent it's self stands out from other tents, it's easy to put up. The tent is great if you don't need the rolling bag, the sides of the tent and if you don't need to hand a lot. It does have a lot of room we have 2 tables that are 8' and 6' along with a 5' gondola (not pictured). At larger shows we attach Gridwall panels that help the sturdiness of the tent.
