Cheaper on Amazon than the site
These were suggested by my bariatric nutritionist.I like the fact that it’s only one vitamin required for a post bariatric patient per day. Although it does make my stomach hurt if I don’t take it with a spoonful of pudding or yogurt. But that’s to be expected with such high doses. High doses which are required after gastric bypass surgery because of malabsorption.

I like taking only one per day. Hasn’t been hard on stomach. If anything have a small bite shortly after. Not a big deal.

Bad reaction
I ordered this because the vitamin I usually order was out of stock. Within 5 minutes of me taking this vitamin I experienced extreme nausea, headache and tension in my upper body. I thought it was something else that could have caused this reaction so I waited a day and took it again and this time the reaction was worse. Do not recommend.
