Balancebreens Bromelain 500mg, 2400 GDU Pineapple Enzyme, 180 Capsules

Bought this to help with the swelling after my Tummy Tuck. I do believe these pills helped me significantly because by week 3 my swelling went down versus ppl that were in my surgery group who were still swollen and didn’t use these pills. Surprisingly I also noticed that it made me go regularly (💩) which is a good thing, Of course healing from surgery u don’t really eat so this was a plus. This will help week 4 of using these pills and I will continue until the bottle is done. Will order for my future surgeries

It works so much better than the Rx meds! It is also much easier than cutting up a pineapple and then turning around and boiling the skin to make a drink that is only good for a week.

I purchased this at the "advice" of my optometrist ... He said fresh pineapple, but Bromelain allegedly helps with floaters, which "plagues" me from time to time. I've been taking for less than a week so the jury remains out ... That's why I gave it a 4 star rating.

Generally liked the product however when I cracked the most recent bottle open it had the most foul, horrid smell. Very uncharacteristic of the other bottles purchased. Nothing was discolored or seemed off from appearance or damage. Smelled like it was sealed in an outhouse. just a week over the return window so can’t return or exchange but definitely not going to consume it.
