Im 5'1 105 pounds what size would you recommend?

I'm 5'1 110 pounds and the xs is a perfect fit (I'm the one with the pumpkin head in the pics, you can take a look as reference). Unless you have a large chest, I think XS should be good for you too.

I'm 5'2" and weigh 136 lbs. My hips are 41". Ordered a medium and it was too small. what size should I order?

This is something others have noted as well. This is a LONG fitted jacket that goes down about halfway across my hips. A large may be too big for you across the chest and the arm lengths. You may try to find a short waist jacket of similar styling. Or go for one of those body shaper garments (Spanx but stronger) when you are wearing this jacket to "suck it all in" so to speak.
