Great product!!
This tea kettle was just what I was looking for. The wooden and glass design is shique and matches my kitchen decor perfectly. It brewed my tea leaves to perfection. I would highly recommend.

Pretty, Intuitively Easy to Use, But Fragile in a Number of Ways
Bought two of these for a memorial event. On the day of only one worked problem free, the other leaked somewhere in the base and had to be thrown away. Thankfully we managed to serve everyone with just the one kettle. It was easy and convenient to use, and really very nice to look at on the refreshment and tea table. The original factory packaging is excellent for such a large piece of glassware, and we are storing the surviving kettle in that original packaging. Love the little "crystal" lid knob(s). The inner pieces are loose / unstable, though, so if you are doing an event be sure to practice using it ahead of time so you know what to expect. At $30 apiece I'm glad at least one has survived for continued use at home.

spring-loaded top collar + steam burns = don't buy this kettle even tho it's super cute ಥ_ಥ
I LOVE this teapot, but steam burns from the spring-loaded top/collar that pops up spontaneously make this a health & safety nightmare! It even pops off when you're in another room and water starts boiling (and it won't stop boiling until you push the top back down- which SHOULD be easy to do, just not on this kettle!). The oversized, clunky "trivet" base (that should fit the kettle bottom) and black power cord (that should be white) don't do it any favors either; but I'd gladly overlook that if the top/collar actually stayed put so I wouldn't get burned all the damn time! P.S.- The ring of blue LEDs do NOT make the glass teapot glow like my previous kettle did (maybe they face out instead of up? idk) SOOO disappointing...

Pretty Tea Pot
It seems to be just as I expected. I have only had it a few days, but great so far.

Only lasted a year
My only gripe with this kettle is that it lasted only a year. Now I get a burning smell whenever I turn it on so it's no longer safe to use. While it lasted, it worked great and looks beautiful.

Elegant and efficient
I am in love with this product! It’s elegant, and boils the water very quickly. I love it on our counter top.
