The Georgia muddog steel toe waterproof wellington offers on-the-job protection for many occupations. It's waterproof, durable and comfortable, while offering a protective toe. The molded tpu shell is easy to clean even after a long day of messy, dirty work. An exclusive SPR leather undergoes a special tanning process that makes it resistant to organic acids and chemicals and three times stronger than regular leather. This is complimented with a long-wearing, chemical- and oil-resistant weave outsole that also offers cushioning and flexibility. This men's boot also is equipped with a steel toe that meets ASTM standards for protective toe and electrical hazard. Every item - right down to the last hard-working detail - can be traced back to 1937 when our passion for footwear was born. It started with a tough farm boot and a simple belief that boots should work as hard as the people wearing them.Thousands of styles and refinements later, Georgia Boot continues to do whatever it takes to give workers, farmers and hunters exactly what their feet are asking for. For every harsh condition on the job or in the field, there's a design from Georgia Boot to provide comfort and protection. Whoever you are, whatever you do, wherever you need to go. I could not be more pleased with these boots. EXCELLENT quality. Georgia Boot Men's Georgia 8" Logger Boot Work Shoe,Chocolate,11 M US I'm not a professional logger so i don't need a really "heavy leather" work boot. However, having grown up and into my college years felling pulp wood and timber as well as selling firewood i know what the professional loggers in my area wore. I no longer need boots like that. I ordered these from desertcart so could not try them on in person. I read reviews where some folks found them too small, others complained they were too large so I ordered a size 11M (my normal length and width). BANG!!!! Perfect fit. My feet are like duck feet - heel is a bit narrow and forefoot is a bit wide. Also, my feet are "thin" not "thick" from the sole of my foot to the top so it can be difficult to find boots that fit me well (minimal heel slip, good support across the top of my foot above the arch, etc). This is a *very* high quality work boot. The leather is supple and very easily "broke in". I wore my boots around the office for a couple days to get the tongue and kiltie set as well as getting the ankle and forefoot flexing on a "neutral" surface (level ground) before wearing it in a "working" situation. One reason this boot is easily broke in is that it is not a "heavy" leather boot (which make boots very stiff with difficult ankle and forefoot flexing). By heavy leather, I mean from about 2.8mm to +3mm thick full-grain leather. For example, my heavy hiking and mountaineering boots are both +3mm Idro Perwanger Italian leather and were very stiff initially (though the mid-sole construction/material/insulation affected that as well). I suspect this boot is in the 2.6mm range, even though Georgia Boot says it's full-grain it doesn't seem like other thick full-grain leather boots. To me, it means that this boot will probably not resist gouging as well as the heavier, thicker professional $400/pair logging boots. These are not $400 boots. But these ARE excellent $130.00 boots.I seriously doubt there is a better, longer-lasting, higher-performing boot in this price range. Another reason these boots break in so easily is that they do not have a thick, rigid or semi-rigid "mid-sole" that is super stiff like professional logging boots use. These boot mid-soles and soles are pleasantly semi-flexible and provide a great balance between being like sneakers and being like mountaineering (or ski) boots. They flex with your foot like when you're kneeling to pick something up - not like a plank that just won't bend. The soles (and the material they're made from) are very good. I've been wearing my boots around the homestead here working on different things and they give excellent traction. I recently wore my boots while cleaning gutters, the chimney, inspecting shingles, etc and the material of the sole is soft enough to be "grippy" on the shingles, but has been hard enough when I've needed to stomp a shovel in the hard, dry ground turning soil to irrigate trees without flopping around like a tennis shoe or some cheap "wannabe" work boots. One thing to note about the sole material. It is soft like mud tires on a bicycle, motorcycle or truck. They do really well in mud, dirt, gravel, etc but wear quickly if you drag your feet on cement or asphalt. These boots are comfortable like an old, favorite pair of boots that are almost worn out - but these are brand spanking NEW!!!! Finally, these boots are "waterproof" enough for me - they haven't soaked through as i've been pressure washing stuff around the homestead. Your needs may be different, but for me they're waterproof "enough". They're great boots and i doubt you'll be disappointed. PS - I do not work for Georgia boot or desertcart and received nothing from them for this review. Review: The only boots I'll buy from now on - I work as a general contractor so I often find myself in situations like repairing broken water lines and trudging through mud as well as welding or doing concrete work, and these boots handled all of it. These boots are water tight but surprisingly breathable, flexible once worn in, the toes are resistant to tearing from kicks or accidental dropped tools, and the leather is tougher than nails. The leather is a little difficult to break in but that's part of the boot's strength. I go through a pair of boots a year but by the end the soles are always worn smooth, the toes are ripped to the steel, and the seams are falling apart. After a year this boot still has good grip and looks like it was worn by a supervisor that never did anything strenuous. Fantastic boot that anyone with even the possibility of getting wet feet should seriously buy.

NOT STEEL TOE
First and most important if you are buying these for work that requires steel toe... the pair I received were" NOT STEEL TOE" IFor the money they are really nice boots, I would just hate to see someone order them that needed them for work, and not be able to use them. I got mine for $71.00 and they will last me a life time, but I was thinking about ordering another pair before they are gone!!!! If the add said soft toe, I would of gave them a 5 star..

My Sunday go to meeting boots
I looked at more than a hundred different pair of boots with money not an issue. I chose these because of the heal design and lace to toe fit. The leather is soft for this heaver boot. I chose the style without the steel toe since I am using these as my dress boots for church. I walk buy people notice. The sound they make on a wood floor is music to my ears. Sounds like a man is coming. Great Boots I was told by more than a few Georgia boots were hard to beat! Fit was perfect exactly what I new my size to be.

Started letting water in not two months after purchase. Amazon wouldn’t
I paid $150 for these, and not 45 days after I started wearing them, they started letting water in. The thread that connected the rubber lower and leather upper started to come apart on the upper left part of the right shoe. I called Amazon to see if I could get them fixed or replaced, but since it was after 30 days, I’m just stuck with the crap end of the stick. It’s a shame because these are nice boots, but do you really wanna be left with useless boots and out $150 two months after you buy them? I wouldn’t if I were you. Guess I shouldn’t expect anything better here in 2024, where everything costs twice as much and lasts half as long as it should🤦♂️

Will purchase again
These boots are exactly what my husband wanted. They give him all the comfort and protection that he needs in a work boot. He has to have steel toed boots to work in the paper mill, and with the strong chemicals and water he often has to step in, he needs water proof boots that will resist the erosion of the chemicals. He averages 2 pairs of boots a year. These have been the best boots he's had so far and he specifically requested another pair. I found the best bargain on Amazon and they arrived promptly. I will surely order these for him again & again. Highly recommended for anyone working in an industrial type of job. Also, our son-in-law was formerly a landscaper and he also loved these boots, although I'm not sure if he bought the ones with steel toes or not.

Runs 2 sizes smaller than what you wear
Alright, don't let the 3 star rating push you away. These boots are made to good quality, they offer steel toe protection and moderate water protection. They are comfortable and keep your feet moderately warm. The reason for the low star rating is they run small. I have worn size 11½W since I was in high school. Boots, tennis shoes, dress shoes. I initially ordered a pair of these in 11½, as they didn't offer a wide. However, they were extremely small, like so small I thought I had ordered women's size. I returned them, which they did make easy, then ordered a size 13. I wanted 13½W but my option was either 12, 13, or 14. They fit comfortably enough, a little tight in the arch, but after several days of wearing, they have loosened up some and they HAVE NOT caused any blisters, which I had expected. So, as long as you know to order larger than you normally would, you'll be fine getting these.

Top quality, made to last years. Comfort for the working man!
This is my 5th purchase because of how long they last each time. Excellent quality, well-made and very durable. Of course like anything else, constant use each day means normal wear and tear. But these boots last years before I have to purchase another pair. It’s comfortable and meets the safety requirements. Can’t beat quality and comfort of Georgia Boots!

Duradero
Soy talla 9, me quedo un poco amplio ese número pero siento que el 8.5 no me hubiera quedado bien pero está bien nada que unos calcetines gruesos no puedan arreglar

Todo lo que esperábamos
Buen producto y gran calidad. Hay que asegurar que la talla corresponda en cuanto a lo ancho, pero que las Georgia Boots lleguen a México es un lujo.
