Works as advertised. Screwing the ends onto the hose was easy.

Does what it needs to do, but the instructions are really unclear so if you haven't installed one of these before you may need to go find a video to explain. And the little packet of hardware that came with it seemed to be for the wrong product - neither of the screws actually needed were in the packet, but fortunately I had some around the house I could use.

It looks like a great product. However, it doesn't fit my a/c unit so I will be returning it.

This kit was a perfect fit for my Hisense Portable A/C. After purchasing several different kits across amazon and hardware stores I caught a lucky break, and so did my wallet. The material is cheap but durable and just as easy to install as the kit that came with the machine.

Well, at least I was able to use the cardboard from the box. This is the absolute worst product I have ever ordered. And I do A LOT of online shopping. My central AC went out. In Florida. Right before summer. So I bought a portable AC just in the meantime till it gets fixed. Not sturdy at all. Not even a little. I didn’t keep this up for an hour let alone a night or a week. This was supposed to be used on a balcony window (not on the first floor) so security for people wouldn’t have been an issue. Security for critters and bugs getting in…yeah this is not it.
