Why doesn’t this product work with Monin pumps?

Mine works with the Monin pumps, have to get the correct size bottle. Need 1 Liter bottle to fit pump. 750 ml bottle won’t work; possibly you could shorten “straw” portion if cap works on smaller bottle. If you have a Monin pump and 1Liter bottle I would e-mail the company, they are very responsive. They may replace. Other brand pumps won’t work with Monin bottles, and Monin pumps won’t work on other brand bottles.

is this also good for hot tea, or is the flavor too weak for hot beverages?

I recommend it for any type of tea... this one in particular makes a great peach tea and the flavor is quite good that it smells and tastes like a freshly cut peach

Why does the peach flavor have so many problems with the cap leaking?

I've had no problems with the cap. I would guess the person who removed it didn't do so correctly.

How much minimum syrup do you use to make peach tea

Depends on how sweet you like your tea. I like my tea (16 oz) glass a little sweet so 1 tsp is enough. However if you want southern sweet tea then 1 1/2 tablespoons would be better.
