Works Great in OBD2 Mode in My Acura TL
I was looking for the smallest HUD I could find that could give all the features of being plugged into OBD2 and this one fit the bill. I installed it in my 2013 Acura TL over a year ago now and it has performed flawlessly. Initially it read the mph a bit higher than I was actually going. I had to bump the adjustment value down a couple of points. I believe the default value was 107 and I set it to 105. It's perfect now but at speeds above 70 mph it reads two points higher. There is another option in the settings to fix this I believe but I didn't bother. I have no problem seeing the screen during the day and it automatically dims at night. I have my screen setup up to show mph, clock, rpm's and coolant temp. The clock is a 24hr format and cannot be set to a 12hr format which is a bit of a bummer.I've had zero issues in the year that I've owned this. It comes on when I turn the car on and shuts off when the car does. It has not caused any lights to come up on the dash or interfered with any of the car's functionality in any way. I hope in continues to works for years to come but if does die, I'd buy another right away.

Great boost gauge... and a lot of other things
I have an aftermarket tuned AMG Benz and use this exclusively for monitoring my boost. It's perfect for that, as it's small and you can mount it in multiple ways and it has settings to adapt the screen display for whatever orientation works best for you.Plenty of people skewered the reviews for reasons that aren't the fault of the device. The temps etc that it displays are simply whatever the OBD data stream tells it- that's it. The speed may be a few MPH different from your odometer, but that's the speed it's being given by the data stream- OR one can use the GPS to determine the speed more accurately. Speedometers in cars are often incorrect- as they aren't required to be, as they have up to 10% variability allowed. This actually has the potential to be more accurate if you adjust the offset to "correct" the data stream. It doesn't interpret data- it simply reports it.I've had it in my car for a year now and no issues at all. On rare occasion, I'll use it to check other measurements, but it's really only being used to show my boost. This is by far the best HUD I've tried, and I've tried many of them and quite a few hit the trash or got returned for being awful. If you have a very early OBD vehicle, you won't likely get ALL the data streams you want and it's not the tool's fault- it's your car. Some people are just unrealistic and don't know enough to know what's at fault. For a simple display that takes very little room- you can't beat it!

Overpriced tiny display with picky compatibility.
Product is very tiny. Screen text is too small to be used while driving. It is Very picky on what vehicles it will communicate with. Apparently also not well built due to the number of returns on this item. Over priced. Not worth the amount I paid for it to have to return it. I did tell Amazon to send me a replacement. Will see how well the replacement unit functions.

I do recommend
It works great. The installation is easy. I just hope you can programmed at least three of the wedges instead of only two I would like to get water temperature oil temperature, and volts and I can only get two of them. that’s why I’m givenfour stars instead of five.

You get what you pay for
So starting off, all off the readings are vehicle dependant. some of the readings may show up in one vehicle and wont show in another, like rpm readings or fue readings. another issue i have is that it doesnt turn off even after vehicle is off and locked. you have to manually turn it on and off all the time. There is another quirk when it starts up wheere it displays "vehicle not compatible with obd2". you have turn on the device switch it to gps at start up ,turn it off again and select obd. if you dont mind all that well this is for you for the price.it didnt work well in one of my cars so i put it in my other car where it works just a tad bit better but not by much.

Functions lost
Update: back to 5 stars. I was not in the proper mode, which is OBD in order to get all functionsI first bought this unit about 8 weeks ago. I loved it because my car runs hot which is how it is designed but if anything at all goes wrong, it is immediately too hot but the idiot light doesn't come on until too late. This unit saved my Car 2 weeks after I bought it. A hose popped off and the car started to get warm and I would not have known it until it was too late but this thing alarmed me when it was just a couple of degrees too high. I fixed it and moved on. So that would have been a five-star rating. Today I put a new battery in my car and I have lost the ability to see many functions, most importantly the coolant temperature. Pretty unhappy right now. I tried to contact support but it is not eligible on this item.

Easy way to add gauges for your car.
This is a great little info device to add if, for example you need a temp gauge that many cars seem to be lacking these days. It's small and can stick on your door post or up on the dash. I actually look at the speedometer on that face more then my actual one. I seems pretty accurate, I did not have to make any adjustments. Overall I like it. I did have trouble sticking it to the door frame. It kept falling down with the velcro tabs. I wound up using Loctite Fun-Tak mounting tabs that were like putty and that finally did the trick. Overall I like it and glad I have it.
