Where are these caps manufactured?

They are made in China. They are cotton, very breathable and very comfortable. I had surgery so I wear them to cover some scars. Much better than wearing a baseball cap!

Do they come in large?

Do not know. They stretch and cover my large head fine.

Does it cover your ears ?

I don't know what giants are reporting that this doesn't cover the ears. Look at the pictures of the models wearing them in the middle of the page for goodness sake. YES, they cover the ears!

Do these give you a headache after wearing?

My husband hasn’t noticed headaches after wearing this hat, and I’d say that he has a larg(ish) head.
