Printer unable to recognise cartridge
I bought this cartridge back in December as I usually like to have one of each colour in reserve for when the one in use runs out. I've been using this printer and cartridges for about two years now, having to replace each cartridge on average once every 4 months or so. First time I've had a problem but I have tried all of the recommended troubleshooting methods and can only conclude that the cartridge is faulty. These things happen but it's very frustrating that I now seem unable to return or get the item replaced as it has been 5 months since it was purchased.
