Its a great plug and play straight out of the box. I have had no problems with it yet. The only thing i would recommend was upgrading your RAM. The system is setup so that you can upgrade the parts very easily. I bought 32gb of ram to upgrade and it i working perfectly. It is a great starter pc for people just getting into pc gaming and it is a very great play. It can run all the games i've been playing perfectly and its been very good. Its a must buy because its very inexpensive.

Work very well

Product arrived even earlier than expected (awesome) and all the parts and pieces came with it in perfect condition. The only complaint I have is with Windows 11 which came with it. I have no idea if it is an issue regarding how they installed it in the pc prior to shipping it but the taskbar icons were non existent and after trying every fix under the sun I simply decided to install Windows 10 on it. That worked flawlessly and I'm very happy with the product and with what it has offered me so far.

Worked out of the box. Plays all the most recent games on medium settings.I do have one small problem, the cpu fan seems to clip the chassis of the fan at first, or after being moved. But it stops after a few seconds and doesn't happen again until moved again afterwords.

Not sure why. I have one in another system I own with an older processor that performs noticeably better (not by a generation or anything, but very noticeable). It's not enough that I can take a star away for it, but it should be noted.

I bought this hoping for it to be a great gaming pc but instead it is horrible. The gpu and cpu are outdated. Its hard to play games that require a lot of upload speed.

We bought this computer for our son as a Christmas present. I took the chance as a ordered one from Amazon warehouse. It arrived in great condition, though a little dusty. The included keyboard and mouse are decent.It started up normally as I was getting it updated before giving it to my son. Shortly after turning the computer on and updating Windows, I started receiving notifications from Windows Defender that there was a wurm found. The only additional software that was installed was the Steam and Blizzard clients with no games installed. I have been working with computers for many years and did not install anything that wasn't from the official sources. It took quite some time to get rid of the virus, but seemed to finally be clear after scans from different anti-virus programs.If buying a PC from Amazon Warehouse, be sure to update Windows and scan for viruses before putting any personal information on there.If bought brand new, would likely have absolutely no issues. Since the virus has been cleaned, it runs great.

This PC is perfect for new gamers and pro, I got this about 2 weeks ago and it runs perfectly everytime. Only con about this pc is the storage which is easily upgradable. I recommend this computer for everyone wether your editing or gaming. I do both editing and gaming and it works awesome!
