When you need some comfort and warm nourishing soup you can't go wrong with Cup-a-Soup in the chicken noodle flavor. I am happy I now have 12 boxes of these for all occasions. I also think these make a nice gift to someone who is under the weather with a cold virus. I am not a doctor, so this is not medical advice but you can put a bit of garlic in your soup and I think that clears the sinuses even better than just plain chicken soup. These soup packets can be made quickly and are not too salty, just flavorful and delicious. Yes, these are salty and not great for people with sodium issues. But, I keep them in my desk for a little pick-me-up and warm-up since I sit right under a large HVAC vent in the office. The same soup I remember from growing up... easy to prep in a coffee mug and makes a quick sipper of a snack.

If you are looking for something that is fast, hot and tasty, this just might be it. A great alternative to coffee. This soup is made in Canada and is all natural with no preservatives . True Knorr or Maggi soup mix might be better if you want to spend 2 to 3 times more. This soup is slightly salty as are most of them, but if you add more water than directed it's not bad at all. For a soup that only takes 1 1/2 min. to make in a microwave and tastes like chicken noodle soup, its excellent. I did not need a spoon to get the noodles and chicken out of my cup, it just slid out with the liquid. And yes there are little pieces of chicken in there, so don't be naive as some of the reviewers and expect big chunks of chicken for this price. For the sale price or even the regular price and with Subscribe & Save plus free Prime shipping it cant be beat for 48 servings. It comes out to 25 to 30 cents a serving. So 5 stars for a soup that tastes really good at a very reasonable price. Note::: I just found this at my local Super WalMart for $1.08 a 4 pack.

My husband bought these. For some reason, he thinks that this soup mix is better than any medicine if you have a cold! Clearly he's expecting to get sick a lot :)

For context, I am physically disabled with lots of stomach issues. I’ve struggled for years with food, not being able to eat solid food, not enjoying the bland liquid food my stomach can tolerate, and being nauseous 24/7. But, THIS SOUP??? Not only can my stomach tolerate this product, but it tastes so good!!! The noodles and dehydrated carrots make me feel like i’m eating a meal, otherwise i’d be drinking plain broth for dinner. No other soup mix or similar product comes close to this. Not even this brand’s similar variations. The taste. The ease of cooking. Even the packaging is easy to open! When I’m really weak physically but still have to try and eat, i can still open the soups & make them. My mom used to get these for me when I was sick as a kid. On a whim I picked up a box at the grocery store because I was desperate to “eat” something other than broth, plain applesauce, or apple juice. I then started ordering them in bulk off of here- they’re my main oral source of nutrition at this point, but it manages to still make me feel like a normal person.
