The previous answer is misleading. Eco tools is located in Illinois but the tag from this product says it was made in China.

Are they all green? I want green only whine fuss

No - the mixed bag I received had blue and pink (2 of each) as well as green.

Do these come packaged in a plastic bag? I hate when they get shipped out in the open since I’m bathing with them.
